    Yay or ney?

    What about Milkis Leroy?
  2. LOL my favourite bit was the disclaimer at the end. Did anyone notice the bubble on the right hand side? Also, if you stretch the film like that, wouldn't you expect the thickness to vary, thus the amount of tint around the fixture would be uneven? Maybe that's not the case...
  3. or may depends on the wheel???? so are u advise i buy 17 instead of 18 for safety..... because its not cheap.....?? I didn't say anything about price I'll just set up the advantages and disadvantages of both... 17x7 Adv: Greater selection of tyres that meet the load rating. 99.999% won't rub. More sidewall so slightly smoother ride. Dis: Doesn't look as good as 18". 18x7.5 Adv: Bigger looks better. More width = more grip. Dis: Very small selection of tyres that meet the required size and load/speed rating (tyres will be expensive too). Might rub guards when turning due to width (you can always have the guards rolled). Slightly bumpier ride.
  4. Could be the classic over-oiled K&N spooging on the MAF
  5. It may not ALWAYS rub. I'm just saying I have heard of cases on the ZZE-series Corollas where 18" wheels rub, and I have heard cases where they work with no rubbing. I guess it depends on your car.
  6. 18" looks better but there's greater posibility that they will rub when turning because of width. 17" rides better and will have little chance of rubbing.
  7. There's a million short-ram vs. CAI argument threads around. I'd just forget the K&N induction kit and grab a tried and tested AEM, Injen or TRD CAI
  8. Who took the pics bloke? Sibling or cat?
  9. I wish we had rep points on this forum
  10. Lookin good man the Angel eyes look freakin sweet!!! Yeah carmate don't have the best reputation on this forum so badmouth as you please. Looks like they didn't quite match your paint but silver is the hardest colour.
  11. g'day mate, not sure there are many ppl on this forum who know about the 3S-GTE. The experts on these engines are Neal Bates Automotive in Canberra. Give them a call, they would know straight away how the dipstick fits into the block.
  12. All threads need more ridiculous cat pictures, that's for sure
  13. I think even the steelies fit over the brakes too

    Yay or ney?

Letterman used to run a joke about how Blue Pepsi also doubled as window cleaner... classic. The Coca-Cola company really missed the boat on the energy drink market didn't they? Now energy drinks are the fastest growing retail drink segment and they've only just entered the game with the new and improved Mother AND they're giving away twice the amount (500mL) for the same price or less than a Red Bull (250mL) just to get people to try it. When they finally threw in the towell with the original Mother they phoned up all the retailers and asked them to take it off the shelves and throw it in the bin - all retailers were given credit on the lost stock. True story. Really interesting marketing exercise
  15. Did your CAI wear a hole in your AC pipe??
  16. Nah hasn't been released but there was a big thread about it a while back in the general section. Toyotaru or some crap

  19. LOL awesome clip I hope it sold some boots! Rooney FTW :D Go Shrek! Ronaldo awesome too but a bit of a fairy :( Go ManU!
  20. it sounds like the aurion wheels are a different offset, so clearly they don't fit and would be quite dangerous to drive on. Also, i'm sure the cars have different rolling diameters for the wheels, so putting the wrong wheels on would cause your speedo to be wrong.
  21. if you want to be serious Proflex ftw If you're just pretending, Koni's
