Hey hey :) If your good stripping wires and soldering, just do that. Or, just pop into an auto electrician and get them to splice/solder in to the wires, it would only cost you maybe 20 bucks for their time tops. Then you can runt the rest of them yourself, easy as. If you worried and want to spend an extra 40-50 bucks to make the extension loom, do so. The extension loom is hand, especially if you would like to remove or add more bits to the door light system (ie my illuminated emblem).
The plugs can only be ordered from JAPAN, sorry. Should arrive at your local Toyota spare parts in around 2-3 weeks, sometimes earlier. When i checked, there was one connector in melb, but not the other half! You also nee to buy the wires as i have shown.
Yep thats the correct way to run them. You can use speaker wire if you like, thats prob the easiest way to do it.
