Heya. Foggies are 4300k CrystalVision, parkers are unknown 9 X 3chip SMD LED. I would say 5500-6500k. Not sure. Hope that helps.

Dave, you can also get 'glass etch' vinyl cut from a sign writer too. 3M does a range of 'etching' vinyls from light to heavy, and a slight metallic one too. Sticks bloody well, specifically made for glass. And, you can always take it off later. Generally the film is very thin too. If your mainly doing text, i would suggest to go this way, far better letter shapes than can be cut by hand. Just a thought....

Hey hey :) If your good stripping wires and soldering, just do that. Or, just pop into an auto electrician and get them to splice/solder in to the wires, it would only cost you maybe 20 bucks for their time tops. Then you can runt the rest of them yourself, easy as. If you worried and want to spend an extra 40-50 bucks to make the extension loom, do so. The extension loom is hand, especially if you would like to remove or add more bits to the door light system (ie my illuminated emblem). The plugs can only be ordered from JAPAN, sorry. Should arrive at your local Toyota spare parts in around 2-3 weeks, sometimes earlier. When i checked, there was one connector in melb, but not the other half! You also nee to buy the wires as i have shown. Yep thats the correct way to run them. You can use speaker wire if you like, thats prob the easiest way to do it. Hope all goes well! Hey hey. If there are any ZRE Facelift owners out there, Im looking to swap a brand spanking new (unopened) pair of smoked ZRE LED tail lights for a pair of facelift tail lights. Sorry for the spamming, but my previous thread here was moved to the Buy & Sell forum. Not sure why, as i already had a thread there, the one i had here was an updates/chat thread for those in waiting. As i dont always check the B&S forum, i thought i would post this proposal here. So, anyone willing to score a pair of JDM smoked LED tails? A few members here already have them, and are very happy with them. I have only one pair left. B)

If you want excellent grip with medium to low noise, want to spend a bit extra, you cant go past the Yokohama S-Drives. Normal range is around the 50,000km mark. Outstanding for such a performance tyre. Or the A-Drive, little cheaper, little quieter, still very good.

Yeah i ordered it late last week. I have the option of returning it if i need to, i made sure of that. The one i purchased had a nicer layout, better screen and detail. I guess i will know when it arrives.

So he had cut out the center of the new fascia,cut away the edges of the aftermarket HU, and spliced them together. I gather gluing, filling, sanding and then repainting to match. Not that easy to do well. But guess it can be done. Hmmmm..... Looks like i may have to do this or just send mine back... :(

A few other members have been waiting for Pedders too, this magical 2 months has been more like 6 months so far. Im just looking at some of these units. Some sizes given are slightly different to my unit/fascia size. Are all head units the same thru the range of Corollas? Ie Accent, Levin ZR etc.. Does the ZR air diffuser/ top air cond outlet come down lower on the fascia and change the size of the unit? Ie most units ive seem and inquired about are 135mm in height, yet I only have space for 120mm. Thats 15mm difference. My 09 Levin ZR hatch: top width: 246mm bottom width: 234-235mm Middle height: 120mm Some GPS units sizes i have seen are: top width: 246mm bottom width: 228mm Middle height: 135 - 136mm Unfortunately the HD GPS units sold here dont have all the features that i have found in one coming from china. Theone from china has virtual 6 cd stacker, and pic in pic and dual audio. Can anyone else confirm the size of their units?

You can still remove it from that airbox and use an Injen, thats easily done.. I cant for see any problems doing so.

Nice shots, nice car John. I freaked when i felt how high the seat was too, im used to lounging almost in the back seat :) but you do become a custom to it... 'til you start throwing the car around then you will find you need a new seat... but hey, just grip that steering wheel tighter!! I have a quick question, just under the face lift tail lights, is that lower edge of the tails flush with the bumper or do the tails poke out a little? I see a little shadow under there.. Good list of mods planned too, the car will be great once they are carried out!

I noticed a new set of KYB short throw struts for the ZRE on YahooJapan the other night... Whiteline doesnt do any work on the ZRE's. Tho im sure K-mac may be able to help, or get custom work done..

Why is a ZR Levin Corolla over 33k? Its not over priced. Same chassis as the ZRE, Fully optioned level 3 is 33k on road if i remember correctly. I check one out early this week...Temped thats for sure.. If i sell the beemer soon, i might just get one. :)
