I'd say the pillow balls are slightly warn and knocking a little when you go over bumps. It's pretty common.

nope, I don't have any ZZE-123 rotors to try on, it may work but it will be a close fit.

found out today that ST202 calipers don't fit over my 278mm ST185 rotors... :( ST202 twin piston calipers now for sale (includes pads with some life left) etc they would bolt up fine with smaller diameter rotors but since the ZZT-231 calipers I have bolt up fine I didn't bother looking into this any further.

if it's the valve causing the issues then a different brake booster will make no difference unless the valve itself is put back the correct way. It kind of makes sense, the one way valve is there so the vacuum on the brake booter is maintained from the engine, if the valve is the wrong way around then that line is doing nothing as it's effectively been blocked. It will always be at atmospheric pressure and increases, pressurising the entire system, hence why the pedal goes so hard. The booster itself is fine, it's the way it has been plumbed together which is the problem.

just enter the car, why does it need to be associated with a club entry? IMO it would look out of place with the SRC cars, plus they try to arange the single entry cars according to age/generation anyway so you could end up right next to the SRC cars anyhow. There really isn't a way to accomodate if there was a ATOC club display as they try to keep the cars grouped together, and because there is a large varience in models represented by ATOC it's not really feasable. It would be kind of like Toymods trying to do a club display of all their cars (even though 1/2 the cars there are Toymods cars anyway).
