Still not done, and 9 years have passed, I'm so lazy, might get around to this very soon, its driving me mad listerning to the sound of the fan through the radio.

I change my oil every 5000 kilometres including oil filter, I've need had a problem with oil sludge! Oil very black at 5000 kilometre, I don't know how you let it go to 10000 kilometres.

That got done back in 2008, aslo has the Cooling oil lines to external oil cooler replaced out of warranty, 2020, still going to strong with 89000 klm, I hardly drive it now.

My 2006 Aurion with 86,000 Kilometres on the clock, finally the Water Pump Sh*t itself today, cost to replace from Toyota was quoted at $750.00. Hope to have back to 2 day's time.

Mind getting replaced I've slight leak on one hose.

Receive a recall for for 2006 Aurion. Aurion vehicle with 2GR engine use an engine oil cooler assembly to maintain optimal engine oil temperature during all operating conditions. Toyota has received some reports that an engine oil leak or seep may develop from the oil hoses between the oil cooler and the engine. Should you experience a leak or seep from the engine oil cooler pipe, please contact your preferred Toyota dealership for diagnosis and repair. Toyota Dealer will replace the engine oil cooler pipe and hose assembly with an all metal oil cooler pipe, free of charge to you.

That version V22 "short version" from that URL willn't work unless you load the original Toyota disk first, then you can load the V22 disk. I'm running V22 currently.

Update, still leaking, but I found the cause, I remembered I had the Sunroof, repaired, and guess what the tube had fallen off on driver side. Bloody Toyota dealership, I could kick them up their b*m. No more leaks.

Got the same problem on Driver side, I cannot see where it coming in, I do have a sun roof pipes are clear. I think I will check the passenger now, that your is leaking as well.

12 year old, 2006 model, oil change oil every 5000 km's with Full Synthetic, because I only drive that much in 1 year or less. 82000 km's on the clock and still run like new.

Metal_Head, it can only be a bad motor or a stuffed switch.

That my original diagram, if you have Oem camera, there should be a plug in the boot around the camera location. If there No wiring between camera and head unit, then cut plug off Oem camera and wire to this diagram. I change my oil & oil filter every 5000 kilometres, since new, had transmission serviced at 45K and to be done again at 90K, No leaks, have replaced coolant once, everything else still in engine bay as from factory. Had the brake pads, and brake fluid at 75K, car only do 80K since new, My mechanic said you look after it very well, you have it for the rest of my life.

Same hear the original tyres squeal when they get low.

Just rang Toyota they have the gasket in stock.

You're kidding me, all I want is the rubber insert gasket to oil filler cap, as it leaking a little bit?

Aurion Oil Filler Cap Gasket? Need part number? or do I need to purchase full replacement item?

Does not make sense, as I say there 2 metal oil pipes, can someone else please answer.

Can anyone point me too in the AURION MANUAL DVD of which heading to look at the breakdown of the actual "Oil Cooler" lines as I look under "Lubrication" and it not there. Or could someone list the part for metal oil cooler replace lines and gasket in number of quantity required, as it is a vague at what to get? As I can see there 2 metal oil cooler lines and there would be 4 gasket or I'm not seeing it wrong? I would appreciate your help thanks, as this way I can order all the parts at once, via Amayama Cheers Andrew

Hi Everyone. Just becauses with buying off Ebay, as there are seller who are selling bodgy spark plugs, especially the Denso FK20HR11.
