I heard 2 Blacks, limited red and limited white. Dealers wont give them up at all my dealer spent a week trying to get me black red or white. I had to settle for one of the (what i heard was 40) silvers. I pick it up this weekend ... btw hi! :D Nothing wrong with silver mate! My track record at shows proves the "theory" that silver always looks the goods B) Before all you black owners get up tight that black looks better then I think black looks good too but only if I am the one preparing it for a show B) (Hey Northy :P )
For $400 is that mild steel or stainless steel piping and flanges? Is that maundrel bent pipe work with stainless mufflers or are they stainless wrapped? These are the differences between prices as mild steel press bent is a lot cheaper than stainless that's maundrel bent. Also muffler and resonator quality has has a large difference in price too. :D
Spotted a Corolla Ascent black, lowered with chrome rims, cannon, Fielder badge on back, and a big Tom's sticker on the bottom of both front doors. Headed south on Pacific hwy at about 7;50am this morning. Driving like he was in a hurry!!!!
Lets allow prolly more than 2 snags each. We all know what happened at the dyno day don't we Russ? :P We were just starting to enjoy them when they run out :(
Spotted a black facelift Stivo yesterday at about 4.30pm on the round a bout at telegraph rd Bracken Ridge. Know you saw me as I came onto the RAB cause I saw you looking ;)
:D Monday I should know the costs of freight etc. Just trying to get the best and cheapest deals to save you guys some $$$$. I will extend the deposit cut off 3 days or so too. :D Man it pays to shop around on the cost of freight as they vary heaps. ;)
Not yet just finalising the freight costs. Monday is the day that I'll know everything and I will extend the cut off for depositing the money by 3 days. :D Sorry about the delay but trying to do the freight etc as cheap as. Man it pays to shop around as the prices vary something ridiculous for freight. ;)
Sounds like your sway bar link isn't tight enough. It needs to be pushed firmly into the hole as it's on a taper then fit the nut and tighten up. If you don't get the thread to seat properly in the hole then it will not be tight and will clunk with every small bump. Make sure that when you jack the car up that both wheels are off the ground to take some of the pressure off the sway bar. It'll make fitting the sway bar link into the hole correctly far easier.
Firstly guys you have to get the paint in the touch up bottle mixed up. Either by leaving it out in the sun for a while or running the bottle under hot water until it's really runny making it easy to apply. I have the genuine toyota touch up paint for my Stivo and i can get it to match almost perfectly. Also stor it in a cool dry place away from heat otherwise it'll cause the colour to start differing from the clolour of the car. Also don't forget that your car will fade with time although you mighten think it is it will be unless you are vigilant with your polishing/waxing. Before you try to touch up a chip polish the surrounding area first to get the correct colour and gloss then you'll go a long way to getting a good match. :D

What??? conrod straight is too short???? I think that a Stivo around Phillip Island would be pretty quick with the longer straights and flowing corners.
