Its no myth. Just depends on driving style and conditions, I wouldn't be worried about something being wrong. Once you get used to it and use the some fuel saving driving you'll be able to extend the tank. Also, due to the short gearing you use a lot more fuel doing 110kph instead of 100kph. Same goes for most other speeds, if you speed you use more fuel for very little time saving. Here here!
Sounds nice though given my location, it might be difficult getting there And just remember, the boys in the easy have shown repeatedly that in the end, the differences between the 1zz and 2zz may not be that significant...
That is so not a stupid question. It really upsets me when people abuse this forum and write good questions in the stupid question section :P I'd like to see an answer on this! Nice one Paseo91
I got pulled over by the cops today just between the shire of beverley and kalamunda. They praised me for good driving, and gave me a coupon to enter a prize draw they are holding! They even gave me a bottle of water (icy cold) - thank you very much Mr Officer, I really needed it. I forgot to pack a drink and was bloody thirsty!
I put an ethanol blend into my Echo and found that it did not burn well. Poor mileage, even worse throttle response, but still, I'm willing to try again. Signing off from Lake Grace, middle of nowhere, WA.
If you have a look in the workshop submission section, you'll see that I held a GB for a sequential shift light and included the installation manual. See what you think of that one, and if you want it, I can point you in the right direction.
I noticed last week that the door seal on my rear left door frame has deteriorated very badly... and that door in particular hardly gets used. It's got a nice split in it that I have pasted back together with a bit of insulation tape. I'll get good ole Yota to tend to it next service. No wind noise tho.
