    tell me about it i got doored by a fellow TOCAU member in one of the cruise few years ago. my car was less than 1 year old too! what can i do? i know she wasnt intent to do that, there was just very strong wind when she open the door and didnt catch it in time. Dang, that's bad luck.

    The only place I'd recommend so far is Mint Smash Repair near Vic Park. If you go there, tell Trevor Silver junior sent you. There is one panel beater in Morley that I would go out of my way to avoid. PM if you want more details than just that. No idea on prices - my car came complete :P

    That's a hella-neat and hella-nice looking engine bay! I wonder SB if they hinted at how much a set up like that would set one back. I just had to renew my insurance today, and discovered the financial disappointment of moving back into a city, even if it is Perth. I would hate to know what premium that setup would cost!

    Motorcyclists do this sort of sh!t all the time. I have a good theory on it: I drive a nice, safe, enclosed car. They drive a centrifugal forced pendulum. If we meet at the same point in time, who will be better off? If a MC wants to play chicken, I'm game for it. Just make sure there are witnesses.

    You might have a problem with depth as there is a support strut right behind the instrument cluster - I guess it depends on the shape and size of the CP.
