Aww Tony, these teases you provide are awesome LOL, if only we can get back to the days of being able to just spend hours in there to browse and select the goodies. And yes your right teenagers are doing the naming of all new products these days it seems. KAA
-
Hi Salinda, yes if possible try for a better close up Pic of the button, I also could not find any reference to it in the owners manual. So advise is same as Tony, try pressing it and then check outside the car to see if you can hear or see anything that has changed. Keep Safe KAA

Ash you had Tony pondering there, I bet he did the internet search and was drooling, however his garage is full enough right now I feel. But I am sure he will go out there and look just in case there is room after a rearrange 😃😃😃 KAA

WOW, now that was a good clean job of that repair mate, well done take a lap in the yard and pat on the back for that. Thanks for the Pic's makes it so much easier to see how that alien device worked and the overall results. Hate those damn stone chips and I always see them but never hear anything hitting the windscreen, I am sure there is a Faerie that comes at night with a pickaxe and hits the damn screen. Thanks again mate KAA

Welcome to the forum Reginald, I am sure the brains trust on here will assist all they can, but they may need more information to help out so keep an eye on the forum mate KAA -
Wow Tony, they know how to make you dig deeply into the hip pocket to just download the service history and manuals etc KAA

Yep not an unusual thing to see, I have always regularly changed the cabin filter, for the small cost I like to know any air coming in is clean and such a simple job too do. KAA

Thanks mate epic photos show your hard work, yes would like the link seeing you have fitted the switches now and they seem to an easy conversion. have you any ideas for the boot light? i have currently an LED strip lighting in mine but in the last day or so it has now died, so thinking on replacing the strip or an alternative led fitting for the lighting. Keep the ideas coming as Sebastian is looking bloody nice KAA

Welcome to the forum Robert, I agree with Tony it is great shape and a great little motor, my sister had one the same model in white and I enjoyed driving it very zippy yet felt in total control, enjoy the forum KAA -
Hi Kevin welcome to the forum, yes 6x9 sized speakers, and as Aaron said you will have to adapt the mounts depending on what you choose speaker wise. just take your time as with anything and try for the best fitting possible as nothing worse than spending top money to have a sloppy install. If you can send us some Pic's of the beast as we love seeing others Aurions Keep Safe KAA

Thanks for the post Squalled, appreciated mate just wish our Repco wasn't click and collect only as I love to wander around it to check all the alt specials as well, still soon I hope I can do that again KAA

Welcome Vix, As all above have answered most of your questions all I can say is I have found loads of regular quality Oil and filter changes makes the world of difference to the feel and joy of our beauties, "Faye" our Presara is always a pleasure to slide behind the wheel and just cruise quiet and smooth enjoying our music in the sunshine, sadly lately it is up and down the driveway with the rare trip to the supermarket for food and essentials. But the dream of soon the day will come we can do a long haul road trip keeps me motivated to keep it in perfect condition. One thing I would suggest is not only concentrate on the engine and transmission but remember to give the interior love as well, I enjoy giving those lovely leather seats a good clean and condition and the dash etc as well. Enjoy the Prodigy and enjoy the forum as you can see a wealth of knowledge here and send us a few Pic's of your beauty. KAA

Awesome information and pic's Aaron, TY for all the info your providing, Sebastian is looking wonderful now. I have been toying with adding footwell lighting for some time so will be interested in how you went about it and the end results. I don't like to play with electrical in our Presara as being a 99% computer on wheels I don't want to do anything major that causes a lot of dollars to be needed to undo my stuff up. One thing I would like to fix is the fog light bulbs being yellowish light compared to the Zenon headlights, have looked about a bit but can't decide on the bulbs needed to plug and play so any ideas welcomed. Thanks again for you contributions KAA

New marketplace for car parts
KAA replied to fox-listed's topic in General Toyota & Other Car Discussions
Hi Bobby, as Tony said we all love the idea of a platform for parts that provides us with options and actually decent prices, as you said the ones that used to be the go to places are now overpriced cash cows. So will surely check your platform out and pass on my reactions of it. I appreciate your efforts and also your interest in helping us all get a good deal for any parts we will need KAA -
Wow great work Aaron getting Sebastian looking much better and much happier, it always surprises me how people can let a beauty like our Aurion's get in such a state of neglect. especially how the hell did bugs get into the fob?? wow if i had seen the fob first I think a trip to the bottle shop would be the first thing before attacking the car with cleaners. Ty for the Pic's as it shows how much you love your new addition and want only the best for Sebastian. Keep us updated how the paint comes up as I hate paint swirls and especially on a Black car, so looking forward to how it shines back up Keep Safe KAA

Welcome to the forum Keith, my lady and I had a 75 crown and loved it sadly it is long gone to Toyota heaven, but still have fond memories of it. Hopefully some will have some ideas of contacts for your needed parts for the Hiace KAA

Wow nice way to get help or respect here Brad, many people have commented nice comments on your efforts and you jump on one negative??? If that is your attitude then go ahead and leave the forum. KAA

Hi new member with Toyota corolla 2018
KAA replied to fox-listed's topic in New Members Introductions
Welcome to the forum Bobby, enjoy it KAA -
Hi Steve, No they didn't come with auto fold in mirrors, but manual fold I am sure were on all models, our 2009 Presara has the auto dip feature mentioned by another member on here very handy when reverse parking so you don't hit the curbing. I like many wished they did offer the auto fold feature as I don't trust many in car parks not to hit the mirrors when going by the car. Toyota however always has something other makers copy in later models, so once again I am glad and proud to own one. KAA

Thanks for the Pic's yes a lovely clean even shine and really enhances the colour mate so TY KAA

Welcome to the forum Andrew, the beast looks great with the extra kit on it, thanks for the Pic's as we all love to see others Aurions and what they have done with them. KAA
-
Yes Steve like my mates have already said Tyres could be an issue as well as the heavy front end the Aurion's have already, but it certainly sounds like struts and or possibly worn out or broken bushings. I would always get a second opinion before opening my wallet. I have never noticed any bounce in our Presara when it comes to normal driving and even speed humps have never been an issue. Like Ash said sometimes a bit of sway at roundabout's but nothing worth me paying out for a new rear bar yet. Let us know what it finally is mate and even Pic's are always welcome as we love to see others cars KAA

Yes ty ZZT86 for being another true gentleman on here, the roads call me to cruise but not had one for months, the most the beauty gets to go is to the shops and back or up and down the driveway to be bathed or detailed. I know she is also aching to have a long smooth cruise and I keep telling her while cleaning her not long dear not long, and "Faye" as she is called at least loves the attention. KAA
