  1. Only two ways to find out because this is not a published value. 1) Take out the crossover and test it electronically, or 2) Disconnect front and rear speakers (from the speaker itself) and put in a test tone CD to see where the tweeters begin to roll-off.
  2. No, the stock head unit (single or 6-disc changer) does NOT have Bluetooth unless it is optioned for the head unit (in which you will have controls on it for that). Yes you can see the Bluetooth logo on the LCD panel even when you don't have BT but this is because the LCD panel does not have to change between the BT and non-BT units.
  3. I would say the mark is on the hose for stock identifying purposes and probably has either come off during fitting, or is on the opposite end of the line.
  4. That's because it is based on the overseas model that has the 4-cylinder in it.
  5. Damn it. After viewing that again, I now have this stuck in my head.
  6. I have a set that has the same amount of LED's on it... ... they have a T10 base and they replaced my reverse lights. Made my reverse lights less functional and more cosmetic.
  7. Well insurance is kind of like other products out there in which you need to shop around if you want to find out what the best price you can get is. Insurance premiums can vary depending on a number of factors, and you would be best off to inquire with different providers yourself. Most have an online quotation system which can give you an idea of how much you have to pay. Just enter in your details and see who can give you a better price. Then compare the benefits of one over the other and weigh out what you think would suit you best.
  8. Was a good meet as well being the last one of the year (cause I'm sure no one would want to turn up Christmas and/or New Years Eve). Was nice to meet you Nathan (Armstrong). Felt good to give my Aurion a bit of a quick run again after driving to and from the Coast all week.
  9. Firstly, you mean reverse light. Secondly, you can easily extend the wires by using solder to join an extra length or ddo what I did and use crimp connectors.
  10. Those will get you absolutely nowhere. -DAvo: If you are interested in getting true LED low beams, just so you know, there was a set of OEM Audi LED headlights on eBay not too long ago. ..... USD$6000 per side. Direct from Audi would probably be more than that. LED headlight technology is not cheap.
  11. I'll be there tonight so long as work goes according to plan. I can put these in the back of my car just in case you turn up.

    Project 5S-GTE

So the beast can make an appearance tomorrow then?
  13. :( We'll figure something out.
  14. They ruined the original.... this is what it is meant to look like:
  15. Nice to see another Brissie member. You should join in with one of our weekly meets: Brisbane Meetup (Every Thursday 9pm 8pm) I'm sure there would be a couple there that would really appreciate another Sportivo turning up since their decline after the Aurion's started taking over
  16. Tiësto Feat. Kirsty Hawkshaw - Walking On Clouds Please wait a few seconds for Video to Load!and just played: Tiësto - Nyana Please wait a few seconds for Video to Load!

    ALLEX

Man, I absolutely love this example of a fine Sportivo. I just love how clean it's looks are. Should have seen it in person at the National Meet.
  18. You can find them on eBay for around USD$250 plus around USD$80 for shipping. If you can get shipping cheaper than USD$40 from Autoanything, than that would be a good price.

    JOKES !!!!

There is another one of that floating around... but with the final answer being Pauline Hanson instead.
  20. Serious? I always thought it was a supercharged 2ZZ? Edit: My bad. Though I've only really ever seen him drive by and once on the Friday evening of the National Meet 2008 when he whirred past me... damn it sounded sweet. Man Evan, should have gotten a TRD supercharger :P
  21. If I was to push it right till the needle was on empty, I reckon I could have gotten it 700km. Due to the distance betwwen servos though, I didn't get to test that. The most I travelled between fills was 613km. Bear in mind that between full and empty, that is about 60 litres. There is always at least 10 litres in the tank when the needle is on empty.
  22. Tried to use clay yet?
  23. It is quite possible to change the steering wheel on your own... that is if you can get a steering wheel. For the Presara, you can get steering wheels off eBay (though quite pricey in my opinion). They use the same steering wheel as the Gen 6 LE and XLE Camry in the States. Example of such steering wheel would be this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TOYOTA-Camr...sQ5fAccessories Alternatively, if you can get your hands on a Sportivo steering wheel assembly (including airbag), then you can change to one of them.
  24. The 'MUTE' wire is mainly for aftermarket professional hands-free kits that have a GND output for when a call comes in. This is to mute your head unit when you get a call. I wouldn't worry about it for obvious reasons. Not sure about the 'P.Centre'. The 'REVERSE' wire I would assume would be for the reverse camera trigger. Usually this is a +12v trigger meaning that if you connect it to the positive side of one of your reverse lights, the head unit will change to the reverse camera mode automatically when you put your car into reverse.
