  1. It has been hit by something, possibly a rock or stick. Not sure how much off-road stuff you do, but that is pretty common. Definitely needs replacing. That caliper is pretty much useless as is.
  2. The hub may also be worn. Good move taking it to a mechanic.
  3. If you tighten one of the wheel nuts completely before putting the second on, it may kick and not be parallel with the hub, which can jam the rotor. You can also check by putting the wheel on and tightening correctly as well. I would be very surprised if your new rotors are warped.
  4. They may be there to spread the load of the bolts and prevent them pulling through, but I can't really tell from the image.
  5. Retro is also posting about a TRD Aurion, which is not really what HULK_ATX was asking.
  6. Photos and videos help. But double check the caliper is mounted correctly, the pads and guides are installed correctly and that the rotor hasn't kicked. Also try loosening the nuts that are currently on and put all on and tightern them evenly. Hubs unlikely to be damaged unless you have had a large impact.
  7. Make sure you thoroughly clean any rust off the hubs before putting the rotors on and put a couple of wheel nuts on. Also, replace that hose.
  8. You could possible try a small amount of graphite powder or another form of dry lube.
  9. Never ignore a check engine light. Have something done about it and if need be a dealer. There could be an issue with the wiring harness or the sensor is not reading the trigger wheel as it is spinning.
  10. Was the issue there before the service?
  11. Pretty much where I was heading with that one.
  12. Front or rear floor area? Also, please list the 10 numbers with the dash in the single box. I can't make out a couple of them.
  13. If the odometer still works, I doubt it would be the sensor and likely the speedometer gauge or cluster.
  14. Toymods Car Club may be another forum to try for parts.
  15. Welcome, looks like a very clean example.
  16. A video uploaded to Youtube and linked here, can often help with diagnosis.
  17. The dual cab tubs are obviously shorter than the single cab models. Not sure about your exact model but the newer models are about 1.5 metres, plus the tailgate length once down.
  18. Locations as above. Will likely have C/TR(or Colour/Trim) written beside a 3 digit number. The 3 digit code will be your paint code i.e. 040 is Super White. Your log book should also have the details.
  19. Jump on Youtube and have a look, there are heaps of different tutorials. As far as the remote goes, eBay will probably have something useful.
