  1. Pretty much what Jeffy said. Rear sway bar will make a big difference.
  2. It's probably not something done very often.
  3. Tapping the injectors may unstick them. I don't think an auto elec will be much help to you. You may need to try and get the injectors cleaned or a replacement/reconditioned set.
  4. I don't think you will gain or lose any power from a muffler delete at all, they are not incredibly restrictive. Good suspension and tyres are going to make a bigger difference.
  5. It definitely sounds booster related as Manxman said.
  6. Buy something like this. It will be one of the best purchases you can make. http://www.haynes.com.au/toyota-aurion-2006-13-gregorys-04300
  7. It is believed the issues were fixed from 2014 onwards; however, this is not 100% certain information. Try the New Hilux forums for more specific information.
  8. If it is removed, vibrations are increased. It can be removed.
  9. Yes; but if it was, it wouldn't be the first one we have seen here.
  10. If it is diagnosed correctly, there should be no reason to unnecessarily replace sensors. This is the difference between a good and bad mechanic. Throwing parts at it until it is fixed is not the way to go.
  11. Loosen off the cable located at the pedal. Adjust the adjusters inside of the parking brake section of the rotor via the access hole in the backing plate. Readjust the foot pedal to approximately 5 clicks. If this seems too difficult, it might be worth taking it to a professional. Any form of braking system is not worth the risk if you aren't confident.
  12. If you are considering selling here, please read: http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/topic/42346-buy-and-sell-rules-read-before-posting/
  13. If it does it again, give the brake pedal a few pumps when the battery is disconnected. What condition are the battery, terminals and cables in?
  14. I'm 100% sure that the 2WD Hilux is 5x114.3.
  15. Does it have any exhaust leaks? Black soot is a sign around flanges and you can also check by pushing a rag over the exhaust pipe.
