Doing it on a Thursday night means we have more chance of booking the track for us as a group.

Post in this thread which date suits and the that suits the majority we will go with.

Kingston Park Raceway

Cost - $100 approx

Idea - practice, qualify, then 3-4 races (qualify times, reverse grid etc etc)

Would need at least 15 people to make it work.

A $50 deposit would be required before the event to secure your spot. If for some reason you cannot make it then find somebody to replace you as it will be non refundable.

As much as the idea sounded really good, I'm starting to think about whether I really want to go or not now. I have been doing some of my finances and really need to live on a uni student budget for the next few months if I want to have a good holiday in January.
