Spotted this facelift cop Aurion (amongst a few) today around 4:30pm at the intersection of Gympie and Rode Road. Unlucky day for that Lancer. There were a total of 7 cop cars there and a whole bunch

Spotted Ingres at 10:05pm on Milton Road waiting at the lights to turn onto Cribb Street. I stuck my arm out the window to wave, but you were pre-occupied with your lady friend in the passenger seat.

Spotted last night, a few nice sportivos.

I was just driving around Acacia Ridge sort of area, and spotted a Red Stivo with TRD grill, as i turned at this intersection (not sure where though) i gave you a flash lol :P

also another stivo went past us at Moorooka Red Rooster. Came past and heard the enjoyment of LIFT kicking in :D

I thought it was Gav, but i dont think it was :P

Spotted last night (posting now cause I was knackered) at about 7:10pm, a black Yaris with HID's, extremely kitted out, nice wheels and was dropped down on what I would assume was Teins due to the decals he had on it.

Plates were 33-LAM or something like that. Anyone from around here?

Fair enough. Looked pretty good. I felt like an idot when I saw it at first cause it was a little distance away and I was like "what car is that?". My mate next to me was like "that's a Yaris". I should have known that :lol:

from memory i might know someone who knows him though but yeah his Yaris is abit over the top, really needs a bolt on turbo to back up the looks...

Spotted another black trd 3500sl on gympie rd. Pulled up next to me at the lights. Biggest waste of fuel trying to race him. Lol. Exactly even the whole way. ( obviously ) :lol:

Dodgy??? Its a church carpark, nothing dodgy can happen in there!!! haha.

Its the best FREE place to park when out in the valley. Thanks for the comments though man :D

from yesterday, i spotted driving past in Loganholme in a no through road street, a White Sportivo, went past a couple of times :P I had my car parked in front of a Big RED house, car looked great B)

yeh man it was dark as so i just looked in the general direction car looks good mate i like the painted grill too!

spotted eargunk today in forestlake gave him a toot!

      overheated engine

      I drive a 2010 series 200 sahara V8 automatic. I recently towed a small caravan on a not that hotter day. The temperature gauge went to about half then dropped back to normal. The motor then went into limp mode and eventually stopped. On lifting the bonnet i noticed the top radiator tank had split all the way across. I have only two months ago had the complete cooling system checked with no defects. I called the RAA in South Aust and they tried to start it but just turned over but did not fire up. It was still pretty hot. I have been told the motor would be ruined by overheating. The car has been sitting at the repairers for 5 days now and as far as i know it has not been attempted to start. Before putting a new motor in it would it be worth putting a new radiator in it and see if it will fire up? Open to any suggestions at this stage.

      1996 Trueno XZ - Is it worth modding?

      Depends on how common/rare they are in your part of the world. The XZ trim was the second-lowest so didn't come with most of the fun bits that the full-fruit BZG/V/R models did, so it's not anywhere near as desirable stock but sometimes you have to make do with what you can find, plus you shouldn't feel as guilty modding the heck out of it since most of it isn't special.

      VSC, Traction Control, Check Engine lights all on

      I attended Toyota Preston for Aurion ATX 2013 major service today. Cost $~$1300. On the way home I stopped to pick up dinner. Two fault lights: engine and VSC lights came on when I restarted the car. Car drove home just fine. I can only return the car tomorrow for them to sort out. Annoyed. Let’s see if they’re still on in the morning.

      1996 Trueno XZ - Is it worth modding?

      Hi everyone, new member to the group and owner driver of a nifty little Toyota Sprinter Trueno XZ, now this was my cousins car, I bought it off him and after various drives, I have come to the decision that this needs alot of love. Now I am wondering if its worth putting my time and money into doing this certain make n model up or should I just buy a different car to do up? I am not very car-inclined so I really don't know a lot. Any opinions would be very helpful Thankful!
