Most of you guys have probably seen my ZRE so far, but i thought i better start a members thread so i can keep all updates in one place.

So, it started like this:

Re Pedders coil overs:

If i remember correctly, John has confirmation that they are in the works, and he even had a part number for them, so hopefully a month or so away.. i think! Ive got em on my Beemer and im very happy with them.

Re illuminated headlights:

Alex, youll have to wait and see

Whats next?:

AMS eyeliners/eyelids are getting painted, ready next week for fitment, and prob full leather interior pretty soon. I just cant stand this nylon scratchy stuff, especially on the door trim.

Love your car, especially the exhaust tips and the blue footwells. Can the footwells be turned off by a switch? I sense they might get distracting sometimes..hehehe

Dwee, the footwells are controlled by the dome light. I could easily add a switch but they are fine for now. They glow on as you walk up to the car, and fade out as you leave. :)

Yeah, I was looking at blacklight (UV) LED strips as well as looking at the LED strips Pete mentioned in his footwell lights installation guide. :D

The 5050's are bloody bright, if your after a subtle glow, i would say go for the smaller type,3528 or so.

Even this general type would prob be just enough...

I think i have 2 or 4 of this type here in amber, blue and red if your keen.

I got AMS ones from Japan, thinner style. Ill see if i can dummy fit them today. Just sat them on there the other day, they looked good, but i think they are more suited to a darker car.

Im a shocker for not makin up my mind! Also, i knew the eyelids were very hard to get so i got 3 pair, one for me, and 2 other pair for interested parties that may inquire about them once they saw mine B)

Dwee if your after any of those black backed smd strips, i can do em for 5 bucks plus postage...
