  1. Welcome to the club mate. Have a lookout in the Upcoming Club Meets and Events section for meets in Sydney. http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php/forum/22-upcoming-club-meets-events/ They have a monthly meet each month with little mini meets from time to time. They also have a Facebook group page as well, to easier organise meets. :)
  2. Awesome buy and welcome! Probably not long until you get a lift kit and some 33" muddies?
  3. Postpone it? As it looks like it might be raining
  4. Yep it's AMF, with M9 laser skirmish as well. :)
  5. As long as it's within the limits/legal and Australian Standards approved parts, AAMI will accept the mods. Like AK00FJ said above, if you have mods, you rather register your mods as if you were to have an accident *touch wood*, your claim would not be void. If you're under 25, it might be worth while going to Just Car (which is still AAMI), but I've known people to say Shannons is the way to go in terms of mods and more hassle-free customer service relating to claims or repairs.
  6. Good work mate, loving the stance! How are the BC's holding up? I could not fault them at all! :D And as always, Wy taking nice shots!
  7. Mate, always have a soft spot for white cars but this takes the cake! Bloody awesome work, especially with the dash and centre console; lovin' it!
  8. Awesome first shot!

    New FT-86

He'll probably start a FT-86 Hot Thread and as he posts up photos, the more he'll end up wanting one..
  10. Do you want a single or double din headunit? There are so many different options, so it depends what you want. Do you want it with GPS? DVD? Etc, that would greatly vary the price.
  11. It is in Somerton, near the corner of Somerton Road & Hume Hwy. http://www.silhouettekarts.com.au/ :) Forgot to mention, you can bring your own helmet, as long as it's Australian Standard approved. :D
  12. Guys, please let me know which day is more better by COB today. Pending on weather, it will be either Friday or Thursday next week. :) I think that's just you Jeffy! I just do three-wheeling around corners... :D You know what will happen! Come and give it a try. You can go at your own pace. It's about having fun and learning more about other types of driving. :)
  13. No one interested? If there's not much interest, I'd say we'll still do it following with playing around with the SLRs... :P
  14. No worries, we'll do something. Elwood is close to St. Kilda, Brighton and Port Melbourne; heaps of places we can go for lunch/coffee/chill etc. :D
  15. Hi guys, I noticed that we're lacking some photos in here! As topic title states, been somewhere on a cruise/adventure with your 4x4? Post them up! :D I'll start the ball rolling with taking the family Rav4 on a round trip consisting of Adelaide, Penola, Mount Gambier, Portland, Warrnambool, Port Campbell, Lorne and Anglesea. Only took a few photos with the Rav unfortunately. Now you guys post up yours! :P
  16. Go karts will be postponed until next week, as weather looks more promising. From Wed to Sun, go karts place is open later; please choose one of these days and let me know via PM or here by Friday so I can see which day wins. Even if you don't want to race, come, watch, meet new faces and socialise; we DON'T bite! Some info: Karts are 2 strokers, open wheel (no metal bars surrounding kart except for roll-bar which is required by law) and go up to 100km/hr. 3x10min session will cost $80; 4x10min session will cost $100 (if he's generous). Brings shoes (no open footwear) and you can bring your own helmet, as long as it's Australian Standard approved. :D Note: anti-social behaviour, including hooning and dangerous driving WILL NOT be tolerated before, during or after. This is a social event, not boostcruising. If you want to hoon, go join another club. Pete.
  17. I have posted this up before, but lets try this again. EOI for EoMM at AMF Watergardens on Sunday 29th Jan. Can play either or combo of bowling and laser skirmish. 2 games for $20, 3 games for $25. Group package includes 2 games with burger and drink. $25. Put your interest down! :)
  18. Love it John! Now for a cruise down to Melb and shots with it's sister..
  19. That's what you need. You don't have to buy exactly the two black metal pieces, as long as something strong enough and lets you screw everything together. You can unscrew the front screws (black) for the seat; they are 14mm. For ease, buy right angled brackets that have 14mm holes pre-drilled (one side for the chair and other for the metal bracket that will be attached to the F.E. bracket). Make sure you check whehter you can attach a 14mm to the F.E. bracket, otherwise you would have to do what we did (a bit more work); we bought right-angled brackets with 10mm pre-drilled holes and drilled 14mm holes on one side for the chair screws and used 10mm screws/bolts to attached the metal bracket and F.E. bracket to the other side. Hope that helps!
  20. LOL I thought it would grab your attention! Not fussed at all. :P We can always go stalactites, or go somewhere for bbq or coffee? (Or battlegear?)
  21. Here you go! Me and another ZRE owner made up this bracket and put it on the passenger side; Requires no drilling into the chassis whatsoever. :)
