  1. what time to meet on sat and where to meet?
  2. According to the article, Cusco only made LSD for Auris overseas, not for local Japanese, so he ends up have to contact Cusco by himeself It is really funny article, it asks you to spend more money to modify cars to save japan earthquake For the underbody spoiler, I personally wonder whether it is useful or not? and look at the exhaust, the cat convertor is gone!!! Also, the way he uses for TRD performance damper at the front and rear and like underbody struct brace!!
  3. Oh you you planning to do that in Winton, KenshinX, although there are few corners which is really suitable for this
  4. Sorry change my mind, I will attend this Wiseman ferry trip on sat. In that case, I can meet Sydney and Mel guys together in one weekend I am going on Sunday morning to Mel to race instead... and KenshinX will help me arrange to meet the Mel guys on Sunday
  5. Sorry to dig this post up, I am looking for camber options. How much camber do I expect after running the camber pin? WHat is the camber after lowering the car? I know a member JE55-A (Jessie) has installed HSD universal camber plate kit, which requires drilling http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=19769&view=findpost&p=397423 I am new to camber, any guidance?
  6. looking forward to see you guys, I will come on either Friday night or sat nights, 10 hours of driving..
  7. oh, very agressive semis and the wheel..I am already 20kw atw down on you even after tuning my ECU, and now....semis !!! I feel very hard to beat this sportivo in Winton, eating his smoke all the time. Anyways, my first time in Winton, gonna use street tyres.. Anyways, lets create more records in Winton
  8. That can't be happening, even I track few times, not much change in oil level, I stuided about engine oil consumption, that only happens in US version of 1ZZ in early days, and a ECU fix will fix it.. What do you think is the cause? is it really Toyota guys not doing their jobs? any oil strain in your garage?

  10. I don't understand by "1mm of oil showing", how many cm away from the mark in the tip? and that JDM bug is cool !!
  11. From my knowledge, not sure. Toyota use a device called techsmith to reset the VSC calibrations for the VSC sensors. I think you might have a faulty VSC sensor or something is loose. Another reason is your ECU, there are few cables related to VSC
  12. what's your speed? I want to go today, but no time, have to wait for next week
  13. I own ZRE and dyno loss is 28-30% Dyno is just a number, does not mean you lost 30% of power in reality, Dynodynamics lost 30%, but dyno jet lost 15%.. and a lot of parameters in the dyno you can set to output a number. Last time someone change the weather temperature in the dyno and he got much more power!!! and I have been dynoed few times, everytime has different A/F ratio , and different power (but within 2kw range), and different torque !!!
  14. you make use of the lightening very well, btw, if KenshinX is ok, I am heading down to Winton with him on 1st Nov. First time for me in Winton, must be fun
  15. Is this wakefield park again?
  16. Got unichipdone today for $1100, the wiring diagram for my Car is very different from US and Europe, so they have to hardwired my ECU.. I end up getting 6-7kw at the midrange and 3kw at the peak, which is very good for me. However, they cannot give me the diagram due to legal issues 86.8kw now, the picture shows before and after the chip, I got LIFT when the AF ratio is in transition. The chip smooth out the curve This car is all about mid range, peak figure is not impressive, but it is the mid range that gives most of the acceleration You guys might think I am wasting money, but really depends how you see, some spend $$ on cosmetic and some spend on power In terms of drivability, the car runs a lot less noise now in the exhaust, must be due to running lean with in original set up, you can see the AF ratio that they tune it to run more rich here is where I tuned in Granville Auto Tech Engineering, sydney, this guy is very famous in tuning industry http://www.youtube.com/user/autotechengineering?blend=7&ob=5 http://www.autotechengineering.com.au/ECU%20Tuning/unichip.htm I am not selling my car for years, so I am not worried about the hard wiring My next mods are Toyo R888 225/50 R16 semis, that will give me 2 seconds per lap $250 per corner in http://www.talebtyres.com.au and my next mod is front camber plate from peddars
  17. i doubt, even unichip cannot do that much by just muck around the timing and AF ratio.. and really depends what mods you have, different timing and AF ratio are required and they have to be done by tuners on dyno.. Even for my car, I can only get around 6 to 10kw on the wheels (I will do tuning next week to find out).. so u think that thing can give you 35hp on a corolla without a tuner?
  18. http://www.centuryperformance.com/ignition-and-timing-settings-spg-219.html You might get some hint from above. got some tools to check the voltage and timing.. check your ignition coil, lead cables.
  19. attached is the one I got from USA, just go to toyota tech usa and pay 15 dollars for 2 days access for all materials or go to toyota tech eurpoe to download Note, they might not be applicable to australian corolla
  20. really exciting post, love your celica
  21. Seems you are coming from Thailand or South east Asia. Speed cut is a legal requirement for USA cars. You can get a Unichip to get around it over there, but only for 2zrFE not 3ZRFE they got a feature to remove this, but check the ECU mapping, road speed limit in USA cars might be different from your country. and I know the speed limiter is set to around 160km/h in the USA, even Corolla RUNX has that speed limit Since you are hitting 190 already, I don't think it is related to the speed limiter, I doubt whether your car got some other problems You better drive your car on dyno at 200 rather than driving on the road.
