Yes you will have a useful gain in low end torque. The TRD headers are more expensive. Genie are quite good, I use them on my old car with the standard exhaust (83 commodore wagon - It's my towing Car!), good gain - no problems. It's been mentioned in a previous thread, because the Genie headers are longer than the standard manifold, the section of exhaust leading to the cat also needs to be changed slightly, but you'll still have alot more change left in your pocket as opposed to getting TRD headers.
