  1. www.etuner.com.au Cihan Aday $400 Emanage Ultimate $698 Vmanage + Dual 1 Adaptor $550 Install and Dyno Tune. he had my car for 4 Days... mainly because it'd never been done before (EMU + VMAN + 2zzge) ... ever... so naturally there were some teething problems. Interesting . . .
  2. So, what have you spent on tuning so far dude? Just curious, as Im about to throw some money at a tuner. Any idea of $ per hour etc?
  3. You'll find that is the case with a rental, as its part of any rental agreement, but unless its listed in your purchase contract, they can leave it in whatever state they want. Which is why you should inform your solicitor before settlement that you want to make a final inspection on settlement day to ensure what you are buying is the same house you looked at a few weeks earlier. If you need any help, drop me a pm.
  4. A man after my own heart. B) Seriously guys and girls, you can get some really good bargains on DECENT rims and DECENT tyres if you shop around. Cheap is not always best. You get what you pay for . . . ;)
  5. I think you will find that the vendors responsibilities in relation to a sale are going to be minimal. Essentially, you bought the house as it stands, carpets and all. Not a fan of bearing bad news, but 9 years of banking will do that.
  6. Hey Guys and Girls, In the past week my little stroller copped a bit of water damage from the storms here in Brisbane, and as a result, the amps under my seats are both cactus, So my insurance company has sent me amp shopping. I am in the market for an amp or amps that will run (and run well) a set of Alpine Type R Splits, Alpine Type R Co-Axials and a Clarion Sub. I have been told to have a look at the Alpine PDX 5 which I am told will run these very well, it retails at about $900. Does anyone else have any recommendations, I don't mind if I look at a 4ch and a Mono for the sub, but packaging it all into one amp would be a plus as that will leave room under one of the seats for something else. Any help appreciated. Cheers, JC
  7. I wont be out tonight team, have to head up the coast to sort a loan out for a customer. Shame too, cause you would all have been in awe of the amazing power of the mighty sigma . . . thank ***** the Stroller will be back at the end of next week B)

    advice

Never a truer word spoken mate. To add to this: The moment you stop looking for the reason, it will smack you in the mouth . . . . .
  9. Sure can hook you up bro ;) and the highbeam switch is instantaneous, faster than with halogens. :P Sweet as mate, just pm the details an I will transfer some coin.
  10. Hey Clarence, Can you hook a brother up with a set of H4's. Im kinda tossing up whether to get the Hi/Lo as they are for my old man's nissan patrol, do they lag when you flick the high beams on or are they instant? Cheers JC

  12. I was kinda hoping you would say that it was all too hard . . . so much for the car I bought to stop spending money on cars So any guestimate as to what kinda figures may (obviously not going to hold you to anything, just a general idea) be achieved with the quads on a stock motor with, for example, an Apexi Power FC or one of the computers that you listed? I have a feeling this could get dangerous . . .
  13. Dammit, someone always beats me to it . . . I think it looks ****** hot, obviously there is some serious research/prep in this project, and from the pics it appears as though its paying off. Any idea for the punters amongst us as to how much you have saved by DIYing this as opposed to handing some drawings to a workshop? The quads comments have me thinking, does the intake port spacing being the same between 1zz and 2zz mean that the 20v quads would theoretically 'fit' a 2zz as well?
  14. Tell me about it mate, I spent most of the night holding up my mates shelving and cupboards as he fastened them to the walls of his garage . . . . . I need to stop using the phrase "I owe you one mate"
  15. Guys Im really sorry for the late notice, but Im going to have to bail on this one. And for once its not cause Im a lazy ***** and drinking beer, lol. Edit: MAY make it, Mr North drives a hard bargain . . .
  16. Seems I might have to come out for a look tonight. A nebo run is hard to pass up.
  17. I was beginning to think that North had splurged on an M6 for a second there . . . . .
  18. Lol, dude, he's looking for a cheer up, not a suicide recipe. :D But seriously, mate, don't let it get you down. Whatever you do, don't do anything silly. As cliched as it sounds, if you love it, let it go . . . etc etc I was never a beleiver in "Everything happens for a reason" but it does, you just don't know the reason yet. The moment you stop looking for the reason, it will smack you in the mouth.
  19. I keep getting an error message too . . . . .
  20. I think maybe you kids need to find something else to do. Seriously, if you can't help, why even post? Someone wants a $300 paint job, so fcuking what? Its not like they are painting your car. For the record, I know of a VH Commodore that was painted for $150 about 8 years ago, exactly the same situation, prep was done, all that was needed was someone to jam the paint on it. The paintjob was faultless, and still is to this day. In fact, I would say it was a better job than the factory managed on my Sportivo. So you never know your luck in the big city. If anyone can tell me what you are actually achieving by forcing your opinion on someone and taking the ****, please enlighten me.
  21. 1. There is no way known that Toyota would build something into the Supra simply to make it eligible for one race category in one small part of their market. 2. Won't any supra be a 2 door? Thus making it ineligible? Its a nice thought, but I think your mate at Toyota may have been misinformed.
