    It could potentially be coming from the oil cooler, or at worst the head gasket. Very hard to tell without inspecting the vehicle. Have you taken it back to the mechanic?

    All Aurion engines are the 2GR-FE. All TRD Aurions are the 2GR-FZE, same engine, just fitted with a supercharger.

    Do the LEDs have resistors in them? Did you install a bulb with the correct base?

    Do you have any aftermarket features added? Immobiliser, amplifiers, alarms, etc.?

    How are the leads, distributor rotor and distributor cap? Does it kick over then die or not fire at all? The MIL or CEL is the one that looks like the engine.

    Do you not have the factory owners manual?

    It may not be the original box fitted to the engine. I am not familiar with that number stamped into the gearbox.

    I believe it is a 4K series block, is it carburetted or EFI? Do you have any photos?

    From the symptoms you describe, it does sound like there is either a problem with the stalk itself or the connection.

    There are plenty of universal ones on the market, however I doubt there would be a specific kit.
