    Have you considered having one custom made? They are usually cheaper than or roughly the same price as premade alternatives, almost all exhaust shops will do them as well.

    It sounds like the ignition is staying on, does the car restart from that point?

    Did you shut the car off whilst it was still in gear? Did you try pressing the start button again?

    There may be an issue of the fuel draining back to the tank via the lift pump once the vehicle is shut off. There is a also possibility that the lift pump could be starting to let go and not providing enough flow to the CDI pump.

    That is the maximum gear that it will change to, not the current gear it is in. Yes it is correct.

    At that distance, it is probably a good idea.
