    For a head gasket that is about right, give or take. It is a fairly large job, so get a second or even a third opinion if you aren't sure.

    Depends if the manufacturer specifies it. Everyone will have an opinion on the subject as to whether it causes harm. Personally I just run with 5000km oil and filter changes on my vehicles which works quite well.

    Take it to a mechamic and have them inspect it. They will be able to provide a more useful diagnosis on the leak.

    The 1MZ is actually one of Toyota's more bullet-proof engines.

    Either that gauge is dicey or you may have an oil pump issue. Seems very low, my Camry runs at about 75psi at idle as well.
