    Is it the 30 or 40 series? That is quite a lot of kms, but depending on how it has been maintained, it may still have a fair amount of life left in it. Also, this is an Australian forum, so the usable fuels may change between markets. The SE model was never offered here.

    Due to the car being so far out of the warranty period, I think you will have next to no chance of Toyota replacing it at nil cost. If this issue was as common as the melting dash issue(which it isn't), you may have had a chance.

    The only tuning device I have seen used was Unichip. Do a search for Rebz's Turbo Aurion and it may have where it was done. I think from memory, there was a sticker on the intercooler.

    Was it replaced with a brand new unit? Was the regulator replaced as well? I would also check for any damaged/broken wiring, especially if you take it offroad.

    They centre the wheel on the hub. You need them to take the load off the studs.
