  1. Regardless of whether it's your problem, the bushes need replacing. It will be a better financial move to do the bushes only and the arm will cost a lot more.
  2. I would be leaning more toward bushings than ball joints due to the noise.
  3. Need to get your cold start side of the tune sorted by the sounds of it.

  5. Was the spring seated correctly when it was installed? Take measurements, if they are the same as the other side, you should have no issue. Also, jack the rear of the up and check that the spring is not loose between the collars.
  6. CES are reasonable quality, but they are rather pricey for what you get.
  7. Can you pinpoint exactly where(front, middle, rear) it is coming from? Do you take it off road at all? It you haven't already, pop some cardboard under it and it will help give you a better indication. It could be the speedo drive o-ring, selector plate gaskets or may even a breather issue.
  8. If you touched or bent the needle, you may need to open it back up and bend the needle towards the top end of the sweep or flatten the needle.
  9. I wouldn't worry too much, that's just the supercharger...
  10. I'm closing this. It is 6 years old. Yes it can be done, look for Rebz build thread.
  11. It should be 1°C where I am on Saturday morning.
  12. It will not affect the traction control or ABS functioning as it senses from the driveshaft and is independant to the rotors.
  13. Have you tried contacting MCC 4x4 Accessories?
  14. Try this: http://www.newhilux.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3996&start=40
  15. Have you removed the door cards? There should be plugs in there.
  16. There is miminal on the market due to the lack of R&D time on the new model. Give it time and more aftermarket parts will be available.
  17. I feel your pain. It's a hard slog sometimes. Camry hasn't moved for a long time now, hopefully changing that though. A mixture of lack of funds, a child and injury have delayed things a lot. The gearbox is all back together, just prepping all the bolt ons and getting ready to pull the engine and box out.
