red might go well with the wheels too :P

Thought about it, I'd rather go blue over red...Almost impossible to find open ended nuts that lock, I think Muteki have some, I want forged steel like my old BC's, not aluminium..

Black nuts arrived and while i'm waiting on 5mm spacers I thought I would try some 8mm on the rear, looks awesome but not enough thread for my liking to accommodate the nut :(

Fronts are flush with the guards standard but will try some 3mm on them and if not happy with the rears then possibly some bolt on spacers and drop another 10mm(maybe) I'm still trying to make these wheels work for me :g:

Looking good John! I'm pretty sure if you wanna go "hellaflush" then you'll need to roll the guards. Otherwise you'll probably run into some awful rubbing and scrubbing when cornering/driving over bumps & dips.

I reckon the height you had when I saw it at the cruise pre-meet was perfect, just needs some spacers.. check out Project Kic spacers if you don't wanna run longer studs!

Are you coming to the monthly meet?

HA yeah that is him lurking....

Haven't rubbed or scraped at all, work car park is all good, shopping centres I go to are good too so far but this height with stockies i'm sure it would scrape somewhere, sits higher with the 18"s :(

I miss little wheels :(

Thanks Kenneth, hellaflush would be freakin awesome for sure but it still needs to be kind of practical unfortunately ...I think I can get away with a few mm down, at least 5mm, I know it doesn't sound much but is noticeable on the go... I really need some rolling shots...

Going to try and make the meet depending where work sends me and when I finish...

I'm waiting on these 5mm spacers to come for the rears and then might get 3mm fronts, I think should be OK... Ive seen them on a Jap Auris too with stockies and looked good but can't find the pics now..

EDIT: It looks low in the second pic because the front is jacked up...
