  1. I'd love to be there again and give you a run for your money Brendan! Ahaha! I'll let you off the hook this time lol :P
  2. There is a point under the side skirt for lifting. I usually do not lift it from the side but from the lifting points at the front and back. There are no real updates, just a shot from a meet yesterday. :) Thinking about full exhaust with twinloop muffler. "Thinking", because I do not want it too loud!
  3. Awesome photos Jeff! Brilliant! :) Here are mine; disappointed with some of the shots as it was the first time using my new lens.. <_< Anyway, played with some of the photos; making different parts of the photos the focus or changing the vibe of the photos etc still amateur! :) Sorry if I missed anyone!
  4. Agreed! Top looks better black! Very nice progress!!
  5. Hahaha yeah I'm thinking whether I should give my car a quick spray. She's just been sitting there; time to stretch her legs! For all the new members still thinking if they should go or not, come and meet us regardless of if you have mods or not! It's not just about the cars; good to talk and meet people that share a common interest! :) I'll be leaving from the South Eastern suburbs around 1pm; PM me for my number. :)
  6. Very nice Ben!
  7. You need a flash relay which would slow the flash/blink rate down. I know that because we were planning to do it. I can't remember the brand at the moment but I remember it wasn't that cheap (for that brand anyway). A quick search on ebay for "flash relay led toyota" yields several listings.
  8. Go from Aughtie Drive mate and then turn left. :)
  9. Not cool mate! <_< Spotted a black s'tivo on Springvale Rd Southbound around 6:30pm yesterday. Dumped on black rims/polished lip and blue HIDs. Plates starting with SLL-xxx. Always spot Alister on the way to work each morning! :P
  10. I laughed... I too, do not want to work it out. All the pre-face ZREs would have spent more due to limit of products at the start, all the trial and errors... I'll stop thinking about it now! :P
  11. Air Intake section updated as well as some misc items. Still to clean up the suspension section. This FAQ is a continuous work in progress! :) If you have more information that is missing or should be on here, PM me! :) Peter.
  12. Bummer! You just miss out our on meet. Lol depends how far you're going down on the GOR. There is the 12 Apostles, lots of nature walks etc, a nice relaxing waterfall north of Lorne. Ben, do you mind posting a photo of your engine bay?
  13. Pretty much.. Can use zip ties! I'm assuming you're referring to the mount just above the pod? You can also cut the flexible part of the CAI shorter, so the pod actually sits higher and sits above the foglights rather than directly behind them. A few of the members have done this, I just left it as it is. Charlie, how long are you staying? Our monthly meet is on the 30th!
  14. You just unscrew the bolt and take the stock airbox out, which you then replace it with the Injen CAI - it comes with a metal mount which you attach/bolt one end to the CAI and the other end to the existing airbox mount. Remember to reset your ECU too. :)
  15. You drove to the snow? Awesome! How did you go with the snow chains? :o Haha my snow gear has not seen this years snow season yet! :(
  16. New DSLR lens or full exhaust? Zzz

Hahaha, maybe I'll see after the tax man gives me some money back! Haven't decided yet but thinking about lens first.. Canon 17-55mm f2.8 :( and John, like you, I would not know what rims to get, let alone what rims to start looking at! :D

oooo speaking of tax.. WHERE'S MY GROUP CERT!? D:

  17. Ah, Bolte Bridge! FYI, that was about two years ago - the first meet I organised! Not sure if we'll be able to go into that industrial area like last time though. Otherwise, we can also go to the other place under the Bolte that Reece showed us. :) This might be a good idea or not, we can go to Royal Botanic Gardens/Shine of Remembrance before going to Bolte Bridge and Garage Cafe? It will be kind of a double up, as in it will be another park scenery.. Come mate! :P Jeffy, sorry to hear mate. Come if you can; meet some new faces. :)
  18. There is no rear Netz. They are sold as Netz front, Toyota rear in Japan. :) Good work John!
  19. Love it! Come to the meets more often bro! :P
