I happens to me randomly too.. usually when the car is not warmed up enough. Just warm the car up for a couple of minutes each time before you drive it and also like darkeh mentioned make sure there are no leaks from the CAI and if you are sure there arn't any, reset the ECU. But i am sure that's happening only because the car is not warmed up enough. The stock airbox reduces this problem when the car is cold but in the CAI it will be more apparent.

Nothing wrong really. I want to take them off to get them repaired due to the scratches I got from the snow chains. But at the same time I feel like a change is needed. can't get anymore street legal than them. just watch out when it rains. they don't work very well :P ← Yeh Shao, i was told they don't cope too well in the rain but its all hearsay, has anyone actually driven with these tyres in the rain? How bad are they really? But its not like it rains heaps here anyway, in Aisa i will be a little concerned.. Or maybe just not drive when it does rain :P Wonder if the cops here in NSW will pull you over for having those tyres on though.. u know some of them can be a real pain in gut.. <_<

:D Yeh Dylan, mine are $200 a corner still not cheap compared to the wheels at $130 each but i love the tyres expecially now that the protective coating is coming off slowly, the C.drives grip! In the wet too especially with the rainfall we are getting recently. The protective coating explains why i was spinning up tyres in 1st and 3rd gear last week when i raced a FC RX7

Coupe version (not the one with turboed Camry motor <_< ) like what Honda did with the Civic VtiR would be nice or 2-door hatch like the one in UK :D and with standard Recaros of course!

Bill, the Yokohama A539 has bee replaced by the C. Drive and they don't come in 40series rubber. You can go 215/45ZR17 91W rating though and probably cost you $260 each tyre from BobJane.

Civic VTI-R's B16A2 is the king of 1600cc cars not to mention the 185ps (137kw)B16B TypeR :P The SR20DE has a 7500rpm redline and it runs out of puff by 6500rpm, at which point the 2zz-ge's just warming up! The JDM Pulasr VZR 1600cc (NOT 2000cc SR20DE) motor is somthing to reckon with, revs to 8000rpm and makes an awesome 175ps (130kw). The VZR-N1 is even better makes 200ps (147kw) super-close gearing and has a 8500rpm redline. These are the real Pulsars, not the SSS! :P

guys, i still don't see how a higher octane fuel or 10% ethanol will increase outright hp. maybe overall smoothness and cleaniness etc. but hp will not change imo. Don't we need to tune the ECU to the higher octane fuel to get the full benefit eg. by tuning on the dyno and i don't think our stock ECU can do that.

Stivo drivers are sh@t drivers bcuz they crunch gears all the time :P btw, at Wakefield Park you will seriously see soe BAD FERRARI DRVERS! One driver missed the pit lane which is right before the last corner onto the main straight.. he/she actually put the $300,000 car into reverse in the middle of the corner :o and reversed out to enter the pits with half a dozen cars braking hard to dodge this Bright Yellow Modenna!!! Who can beat that!

I really like Bronze coloured wheels on Black cars so i went for the RJR Circuit which Bob Jane sells for $142 but i got them for $130 each due to a stuff up. 17inch is $219 and RJR Tarmac (10 Spoke) also comes in Bronze but they are more expensive.
