  4. I am pretty sure the turbo will mount something like this carlo C2 like to low/mid mount their turbos on the ZZ's not sure which direction bill is going to have the compressor outlet if he is going under like the C2 kit or over the top...
  5. Another one here for TPG ADSL2+..... as the others have said they will try and tell you anything to not admit fault...
  6. don't ask me mate I am in IT your the rocket scientist :P I think their reasoning was to cool the actual CAI piping (hopefully so it cooled the intake charge) as it was packed around the section above the filter.... whether it had any effect of not who knows....
  7. Octane Boost is nothing.... I have seen several Sportivo owners up here in Brisbane secretly packing Dry-Ice down around their CAI to try and get a better dyno reading :o Also +1 for the Nulon, I used to run it constantly when I had the 20 valve (as its ecu was expecting 100ron) and you could deffinately notice the difference when i didnt have it in...

  10. Nah if you have all the stuff in that thread then you should be sweet, basically you need to just transfer the spring seats and mounts off the old ones to the new and you will be fine... Edit... The front and rear replacement struts wont look similar at all... the rears have the eyelet/bolt hole the fronts should just be a flat base... When you completely disassemble and strip down the old front's you will see that they should look identical to the replacements you have :D
  11. What do you mean different??? if you mean by looks then yes they should look very different. They should look similar to these Fronts on the Left, Rears on the Right
  12. HAHAHHAHA teach me to not pay attention..... or mabye its just my illiteracy...lol
  13. Thanks for clearing that up Bill... as i said i never wanted Brennden to stop providing forum goers with the panels, just wanted some clarification, which you have duely provided... Just so you know I had noticed the "Authorised Advertiser" logo but i never knew it was a legit and signed off by Steve... In fact I remember Shao had the exact same logo under his username for a while....lol As for the whole "Advertising and companies" thing you know as well as I do the whole idea was just done for "s**ts and giggles" someone on here came up with the name "Purcell Performace" and i took it and ran, a quick logo made up in 10 mins or so in logomamager and tada the brand was born If People on here wish to beleive the "Purcell Performance" is a thriving business set out to take over the aftermarket modding industry one corolla at a time who am i to stop them, people are entitled to their own opinions how ever misguided they are The fact of the matter is the only parts/ modifacations that have ever been sold by me are the left overs from my failed turbo conversion.... Bangn bought the exhaust, Runx got the injectors and you got the Fuel pump housing and instrument cluster surround.... The 3 short shifters in Brisbane that Jason made were done for free... Pippy'sLevin, Lance's Sportivo and my Levin.... So yeah what I am still yet to see where I have done wrong, but if certain People wish to beleive "Purcell Performance" is out to conquer the aftermarket industry well I will just sit back and laugh a bit more Either way as far as I am concerned all I have done is comment on products that I have used which abides by the rules... ;) Anyway that is enough of filling up another thread with non related posts... back to selling cooling panels guys ;)
  14. Hi Brennden, Can you just clarify something for me..... You have just made the below very clear in the Catback thread... But then on the first Page of this thread you stated the following.... Now I am no expert but isnt that contradicting yourself ??? By all means i dont wish you to stop providing the forum goers with the panels but arent the rules ment to be the same for all members??? anyhow just wondering wht your thoughts on the matter might be...
  15. Emanage has the ability to adjust timing, a/f ratio and fuel load as well as datalogging, SAFC is anly an A/F ratio adjuster...
  16. I agree fully Brennden rules are rules, and as far as I can see I havent breached them in any way what so ever... feel free to read over them and point out to me which ones i am breaking... here are the links to the appropriate threads containing the rules for your conveinence.... Forum Terms and Conditions Traders Advertising in Buy and Sell New Rules Governing Buy and Sell
  17. But I was just answering your question :P Also how can i be breaching the rules when i am not advertising anything for sale or telling anyone to buy a specific product ;) or the fact that i am not a comercial trader
  18. As stated Bangn has diverted away from the Std Purcell Performance system, PP cater for all their customers concerns, whether they wish to supply a specific rear muffler as Brian did or go with the STD setup which judging by Mark ear-o-meter is not anywhere near as loud as half the systems out there... (but sorry Corey no official test have been done) No video's /sound clips available asyet (but these will be available soon :D ) you well know this is only a hobby... everyone associated with Purcell Performance actually have full time jobs.... All PP endeavours are done with the main intention of providing Quality cost effective products/services to fellow enthusiasts, whether being Exhaust's, CAI's, Gauge Cluster's, Wiring harness's or Short Shifters. ps. All Purcell Performance exhausts use full stainless flanges nothing less ;)
  19. Exactally right... there is stuff all to making one... but Danz is right that Purcell Performance one certainly looks the goods ;)
  20. The Summit is a much better bar than the whiteline mainly due to the fact that it is designed specifically for the car, Unlike the whiteline which is just a universal center bar with threaded ends so it can be adjusted to fit any car, the only thing car specific about the whiteline bars are the strut top mounts, and in my opinion the whiteline are kind of cheap and flimsy looking.... Summit Whiteline
