If you can't handle torque steer then i recommend you start buffing up. It isn't that hard driving with torque steer. No it isn't but it doesn't make for a pleasant drive and is quite annoying.

yeah I know what you mean sometimes I even switch to neutral at the lights but I only had/noticed it when the car is two years old dealer said there is nothing wrong I even compared it side by side with work mate's Aurion but in-conclusive too bad we are in difference city otherwise I would bug you for a comparison Haha. When stopped at red lights with car in drive my aurion feels like it's not even on. IMO it's the bp ultimate fuel that did the trick, which I have been using non stop ever since I bought the car one year ago, she has never ever been fed a different type or brand of fuel. I suspect the past owner never put quality fuels in it as it was an ex fleet(one owner though).

The red paint is an indicator to show if the bolts have ever been removed, tampered with or have become loose and if they have the red paint will strip off. This is to show signs that the parts have been removed or replaced since factory. I'm not sure why your bolts are so hard to remove? Mine came undone with minimal force.

They're a direct fit, wiring and all. ahh thanks, good to know, i love the look of the new ones :) i'm guessing you can buy them from toyota ? Of course you can. But just make sure that you are prepared to hand over your arms and legs.

I want to install a reversing camera for the Aurion but don't want to spend too much money so just a stand alone unit with screen and cam would be awesome. But I'm just wondering, where would I put the TV screen if I were to put one in the car? And also can someone please recommend which one to buy? Thanks!!

Well that's a bit odd to say the least! I guess Luis must feel threatened, definitely after seeing how much he was going to charge me for a strut bar plus postage! I bought it from dffoo1972 and well if it really is fake it's a damn good fake I think that person is just ****** off that they are selling it so cheap and free EXPRESS postage too!

edit: Since you no longer have warranty, if it's possible mate just do it yourself. It's MAX a one hour job (and that's including the time you leave the car sitting for like 30 minutes to completely drain out the old oil).. But that's just me. No point paying so much money.

I'm surprised how hard these dealers are making it to change parts on your car under warranty. I've never had any trouble and even when I told them about my transmission. I walked in, explained what happened and then later that day I get a call they ordered a new transmission computer for me. ;\

Thanks man. Appreciate the kind words. The first shot would have been nice but that is the only good one that came out. What ever I tried they kept coming out blurry on the SLR because I didn't have a tripod. Oh well, I'll be more prepared next time :)

This thread is making me LOL! More I think about it if I were to spend the money on the Aurion to do any of those mods I would just sell it and buy something else that has what I *would* have wanted. Which is way more than what I paid for my Aurion so the Aurion is A-okay . I was planning on buying a VE for some time until I realised I'll be paying MORE for LESS when compared to my Prodigy so screw that, I'll keep my Rion :P

Remind me not to buy any CPU's you make, LOL. Sure you got every micron of dust out Today I got a puncture repair to my 2000km old tire. That bring the total count to 4 tire punctures in the last 3 years. LOL. Well you get the point Dude, do you work in an industrial area? That sucks to have another repair :(

It's blue in colour about the diameter of a 5 cent piece and it looks like a paper washer. hmm okay, I never got that before

What's the sump plug gasket? Is that the white plastic piece?

Gave the Aurion a wash after three weeks and decent application of tyre shine. Damn I missed how she shined! Also detailed the interior, so clean you can make CPUs inside the car.

I said no. Not because of the price. The price is fair IMO but I would find no use for it. If the car came off the factory line stock with it included, that would be a plus but even then I wouldn't bother turning it off.
