  1. https://www.fuchs.com/au/en/special/product/product/30246-titan-atf-4400/ Fuchs Titan 4400 is their ws compatible fluid. From a google search, I dont think they make a fluid called T4.
  2. More likely than a problem with the type of fluid is that they may not have filled it to the right level. I dont think a driveshaft could cause your problem- but - I have never replaced one on mine. I did rebuild transmissions for several years though.
  3. I have the ultra racing rear bar with low springs and kyb shocks, 245/45/19 wheel / tyre. The car sits very flat, mainly because of the roll bar. The bar by its self will not make suspension stiffer - bumpier... However, do find a clear space to test it a bit. Before the other suspension changes I found the car felt a bit like the rear might slide .. its just quite different.
  4. What is the diagnosis you did? Were there trouble codes? I had all the lights come on for different reasons
  5. Mine has 250 000km, no repairs yet other than normal service parts
  6. I have the kluger brakes but all are rda. Pads and discs. Have used them on previous cars too. I think they are good products
  7. They are just 2 sided tape like the rear ones, warm them up and prise off
  8. I have a light bar, stedi is the brand and they sell a wiring loom that plugs straight in. I can see everything with high beam on.
  9. I posted above... now at 244,000km and the noise very rarely happens but when only when the oil is getting towards being replaced. This makes me think that although the vvti pin may have some issue, it is related to oil quality and possibly pressure. I think pressure could play a role as some years ago I had an SSS Pulsar and I added an oil pressure gauge and the pressure (when warm) was fairly consistent at a given rev point until about 5000km or so, then it would drop a few psi and stay lower until I replaced it. This phenomenon may play a role here.
  10. There are 2 types of calipers, I don’t know how to tell which is which though.
  11. My filter is not a magenfine one, I will take a pic tomorrow but its the size of a Z9 oil filter- giant compared to the magnefine ones and mine has no magnet. Its a hydraulic fluid filter- its a spin on one just like the canister oil fliters on most other cars.
  12. There were 2 types of calipers on the 2006 to facelift models so take a pad off and take it to the parts shop.
  13. I have always put new kyb shocks in when lowering, that has worked well on the last 3 cars. I dont think anyone really knows - because I dont think lowered of shorter shocks are a thing.
  14. Your 1999 camry probably had pretty worn shock absorbers making it pretty soft.
  15. Kluger brakes, pretty cheap and as easy as changing pads Lower it and new shocks brighter globes - possibly a light bar Wider - possibly larger wheels I have 245/45/18 under a lowered car, rolled guards. I have done all of these and like them.
  16. Ultra racing rear sway bar, cheap and makes a big improvement
  17. The timimg changes a lot as you drive, computer controls it. I doubt that you can alter it.
  18. Reliable = toyota. My 2007 has 245000km so far repair other than service parts (brake pads, oil, one headlight globe..) = $0. Nil, not anything, none.
  19. Im not sure which wires connected to the lighter, the lighter was not wired up when I got the car
  20. I have a 2007 atx. Can anyone tell me where the best place is to get 12V to wire in a 2 usb phone charger? I got a light bar from stedi and when I ordered the correct switch to fit the blank filler things (to the right of the steering column), I also ordered one of their usb ports that also fits those spaces. So I need 12V. Among all the wiring under the dash, are there any I can tap into without messing up anything else?
  21. I live in a country area - central nsw and more light is pretty important at night, not just longer distance but wider too. I have almost hit lots of critters, daughter almost hit a black puppy out of town... but with the led bar I now have, we see many more animals on the roadside and can slow down, move over... I also got the brightest halogen low beams to help with the same issue. I think that the problem of blinding other drivers is more about aim than light output - although I suppose really crap lights wont blind anyone no matter how badly they are set up.
  22. I have size 14 feet, i have no peoblems with this
