  1. I have used them 4 times so far without any issues. Interest rates have usually been the same or better then other lending institutions. There is also an online facility now.
  2. Stupid post. I was just repeating what has already been said about way the smart start works.
  3. Fark! Glad to hear you and your Dad are ok. Time to upgrade to a TRD Aurion?
  4. Ill be going on the cruise but will be passing on the drags. I will be going straight to the Gap Golden Arch Inn as Garden City is kaos on a Saturday.
  5. Im dont think I will make it as I have a fair bit going on at the moment.
  6. There was a recall for a wiring issue on the gen5 Camry. Check with your local dealer and see if the vehicle is one of the affected models and if it has been rectified.
  7. I believe that the Toyota recommended size will be 225/45/17. I found that Yokohama C-Drives to be very good in this size on my gen4 Camry.

  9. I just looked it up on the DBA site http://www.dba.com.au/ and put the part numbers in the search box. Im not registered or anything like that. Maybe one of the Corolla guys will be able to help you more as I dont know enough about what can and cant fit. But a 288mm disc will need to be machined down to 275mm to fit at the very least.
  10. The DBA 759 is for a 4 stud hub and the DBA 4562 is for a 5 stud hub. Also there is 0.5mm difference in the height of the disc hat which will reduce the clearance to one side of the caliper. http://www.dba.com.au/products/dba759 http://www.dba.com.au/products/dba4562
  11. Are they still reliable? In terms of fit and finish and mechanical? Has the quality of these cars dropped in recent years from where they were to have achieved the said repuatation? I'd just like to know because i'm thinking of buying one for the first time. I need an absolutely unbiased opinion though. I think you have come to the wrong place to get a unbiased opinion this a Toyota owners forum. I will still purchase new Toyotas in the future, 9 out of the 10 cars I have owned have been Toyotas.
  12. http://www.pressroom.com.au/press_release_...;navSectionID=2 The above link is to a Toyota Australia press release.
  13. +2 The photos clearly show you going through a red light. Pay the fine and wear the points! An AMBER light does not mean SPEED UP it means PREPARE to STOP!
  14. I have competed in dozens of grass motorkanas and only once have seen a tyre rolled off a rim. This was with a competitor who was using a spare set road of road tyres on his rally car (as rally tyres were banned due to excessive grass damage) and didnt check the pressures before his first run, resulting in the rolled tyre.
  15. Hell Dave, you're doing the install; you can drive the damn thing I will have to remember how to drive a manual!
  16. That will be 150-160kW @ wheels @ 4psi. Oh yeah and I shotgun first ride!
  17. You are more than welcome to come along, it doesnt matter what model Toyota you have or even if you had another brand. With a cruise like this just make sure you fill up with petrol before you get to the meeting point. Also a CB radio can be handy.
  18. The TRD pedals are really just Sportivo ones as that is what the TRD models are based on. The brake pedal pad should be easy to change but the accelerator pedal may only be available as a whole unit which will be expensive.
  19. Thats because they make from stanless still Grade A and not stainless steel. I wonder if they make stuff from Fredless or Bobless still as well?
  20. They are the ones I was talking about Ash. IMO they look better than the all clear lights on the facelift Sportivo.
