    There are a lot of specific questions there on a limited topic that you may or may not receive answers to. You may need to take a lot of measurements and go to wreckers, etc. like most do when doing something for the first time. It is the hard way, but sometimes you need to do it because others simply don't have the answers. You may also find answers over at the Toymods forums as well.

    It does appear to be stamped with 15x8 JJ, but something seems odd. Have you measured the width at all?

    Change it and all seals on the timing side. It will counter any chance of having to fork out for labour later and save you money in the long run.

    Your intervals are too far apart. If you make kms before time, then you change the oil, 10,000km would be an absolute maximum.

    You may have to get something fabbed up if you can't find anything. Shouldn't be very expensive.

    They are there for roadworthy reasons, I doubt you will find blanking plates.

    There should be no/minimal difference internally. I have seen it done in the past to other vehicles, so I can't see why it wouldn't swap in.

    A 1JZ will definitely fit, I have had my a** handed to me by one of them.

    Most would need to be modified to fit, maybe even look at a newer Hilux seat as well.
