    You will have a hell of a time getting it. There are people with upwards of 20 repairs conducted and still getting turned away.

    There may have been some made, but you have possibly picked the rarest combination available for a Hilux. They produce far less automatics than manual, far less Xtra cab than Dual Cab or Single Cab and far less diesel automatics than petrol automatics.

    If you zoom in on the picture, the U shaped cut out is there. These appear to be genuine Denso plugs.

    A general mechanic will generally outsource automatic transmission repairs to a specialist. They have the tooling and the expertise that a mechanic will not.
