*baker - working while studying for the last 11 years. everything from all types of bread to birthday cakes to wedding cakes to cakes with photos on it and cakes with b00bs (kinda like sculpting, that 1).. other than that - no TAFE qualifications in that area.

*tech support in IT and audio visual for my family & work.

*Unofficial Blockbusters Store via my dvd collection in my computer room for family and friends - i dont charge overdue or take membership either... lost quite a few dvds this way :/

ALTHOUGH... i did work @ parramatta Ezydvd for the first 6months it was open.. but that was selling dvds.. not renting.

Its my passion, I could be mid mix and the whole world could be falling to **** around me and i would be completley oblivious to it because im a million miles away in my own special place :D Playing in front of a large crowd cravin yer sounds is a feeling you cant describe, i rate it.

I have degrees in Management, HR and Law and trust me, every man and his dog is a 'HR expert'.

only way to make money in HR is to study an Asian langauge along with your HR degree and go to Asia.

which have outsourced out servers/computers/printers etc which is excellent cos i dont wanna have to look after all 22,000+

however, we have many many laptops and PDA's and other things like that which i had to count recently... dam stocktake.

oh and im in charge of all software assets... but thats easy cos we have them all in a room, in order.. woo.

I left school in year 9 to be a spray painter then a sparky instilling security cameras then a worked as a glazer them moved into Private Investigating

and then a baker/pastry cook/cake decorator with destination's in all modules..

this was a friends 18th cake i made...

this was my sisters 18th cake and my 21st

this was Kirstys bday cake...

this is a eatable flour its made of RTR (ready to roll) icing (also refired to as wedding cake icing)

it was a tear drop heart shape with 50 cup cakes so evey body got a little cup cake in stead of a piece if cake... its a good idea...
