So guys... what's your opinions. Steve has been busy. Are the colours more neutral? A little too neutral? Do you love it, or reckon you were just that little bit too used to the red layout.

In my opinion, I'm liking it actually. And the way the quotes are colour coded is quite neat.

I thought the original layout was RED not blue

I like this new colour but some things don't work for me. The right hand side of the forum homepage keeps "loading/waiting". Not sure why.

It's easier to read as well for me.

more changes to come to the front end over time to really tart it up a bit.

text changes help with readability, this was a vital point.

Mobile version is miles better

also we will have the ability to like posts with facebook at the bottom of threads.

Loads of other changes such as comments to peoples status bar

We've kept the center content as vanilla as possible, so updates are quicker when we come to upgrade.

I like this new layout, much better than the red stuff.

It's on par with the old blue one.

Not sure which I prefer yet, will need to give it a bit of time to settle in (plus see how it looks at work too), but one thing that immediately stands out is that even at 1680x1050 the page can still scroll slightly to the side, even on the main forum page (which shouldn't have any overly large pictures etc like a post might)

I like this new layout especially on androids

Hot damn! I completely didn't think of checking that out. Just looked at it then and am impressed.

Edit: It's friendly to post on the phone as well.

The more I use the mobile site, the more I love it. It is just so clean and tidy.

Sorry, but I don't like the new layout. It's just like white wash, with no actual colour. There is hardly any contrast and the only colour is the top section which includes the picture and the Topics.

I appreciate the hard work that has been put in to do the new layout.

I like. Felt a bit odd to start with, but its quickly growing on me. I'm feeling its better than the previous theme. However I think to fit with the Toyota feel, things like the blue "reply" buttons would be more appropriate in a shade of red, but its not really an issue.

I do still miss the way the original blue layout separated 'pinned' threads from the rest though.

i have to say that this is a big improvement compared to the old layout. nice and neat. great stuff.

The grey passes the 'using at work' test. The red was ok to view at home, but stood proud on the monitors at work.

Thanks Steve

Found another reason to love the new layout more.
