Hi

I'm going to Singapore in a few days and have found a shop that

stocks TRD parts.

Is it worth getting it, while i'm there?

The exchange rate is good but the taxes might not be worth it.

I'm looking to get TRD CAI

TRD Manifold

TRD Flywheel

Unless someone else knows or can get it lemme know.

Thanks

Andy

There's only one place in Singapore I found that sell TRD parts

http://www.trd.com.sg/

They have most trd parts in stock for sportivo.

I'll be going there in 2 days so will found out then. !

would that place happen to be near the airport?

can't say it is near, perhaps 20mins from the airport by taxi....singapore is just 110 by 80. therefore everywhere is accessible.

hope that helps :P

Hey boys,

I'm a Singapore fella and i'll give you the dirt.

it is about 20 - 30 min from the airport.

i just spoke to the guy and the head lights on that car we see are stock but they put in a HID conversion kit (S$1400)

oh and TRD break pads are S$230 a set.

:D :P

which is better guys :)

i was there about a year ago, and yeh the guy there, Rick... has everything... its worth checking out the TRD bodykit for the sedan.. if u have one! but prices aren't bad, if ur gonna pick it up... i got my eye-lids (pre-facelift), TRD carbon fibre grille, and TRD air filter from him... im not sure if he'll remember me but mention Melvin from Perth, and see if he can help u out... if he can't remember maybe jog his memory by reminding him of what i bought

25-30min form the airport? that's like from 1 end of singapore to the other..

I've accounted for the fact that in the Kim Chuan area there may be a jam (near the PL mrt station, and he might get lost.

I've been to that shop before and they are very expensive. I didn't get anything cos I realise that they are cheaper from Bruce in NZ.

he told me its supposed to be an exact replica of the TRD but choice of different filters available in autralia not TRD filter :D

maybe i might not tell anybody yet so that way they dont run out of them too quickly so i am garunteed one

but you watch everyone probably already knows about it and im boasting over nothing and look like an idiot LOL

According to the TRD website, there is an Australian distributor listed, which is Castle Hill Toyota.
