  1. Ran Pro-kit on my ZRe for a while, bloody nice springs. Average drop of most pro kits are 30-35mm. Call Eibach here in Oz, im sure they will help you out. Silvabullit (a member here) should be able to get you a good price on them.

Man there is heaps of bits'n'pieces in Japan for these bad boys.. Enjoy your ride!
  3. Dynamatted the bootspace with superlite dynamat. Less in cabin exhaust note, moar induction noise! FTW!!
  4. Good to hear Steve, any news on the release date? Oohhh man this has taken ages!!
  5. Thread Jacking Here my efforts today, thanks for the words of wisdom today Pete B) Dynamat Superlite. Less exhaust note, more induction roar!! Bit the bullet and ordered some Dynapad anyways, im a bit crazy....
  6. Ok bummer, the Takashi Hood Damper THD-1103 doesnt fit ZRE Hatch i just found out as i tried to fit it. Was supposed to, but it doesnt. Should fit sedan no problems. Arghhhhhh......
  7. Speaking of lock nuts. Im currently using Gorilla Guards. Much much harder to get off. Sockets are pretty much useless on them as is trying to vise grip them and twist them off due to the free spinning outer ring: Gorilla Guard I
  8. Maybe paint and practice on your existing badge, then if it works well get some 3M automotive double sided tape and cut to size, stick on the back of the badge and expose the sticky stuff and place it where you want. I think new levin ZR badges are around the 35-40 buck mark.
  9. Very nice Charlie, looking good. Love the colour scheme. Whats next?
  10. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2009-2010-Toyota-Corolla-2-4ltr-T3T4-T3-Turbo-Manifold-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem5194bbe5cbQQitemZ350387693003QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
  11. Exactly how i described to do it, but for such fine work you will need a large gauge needle for the syringe, perhaps smaller than what he has in that pic. And thin the paint a a little too. Practise on something else before you give the badge a shot. Be sure to leave it for quite a while as it will take ages to set/dry.
  12. Not yet here man,and i wouldnt expect for quite some time. You will have to get get one direct from Japan, look for TRD the Modellista range. disregard that if its a sedan... Or ebay: 2010 Corolla
  13. Same problem here Most noticeable between say 25-30 up to 50kph?
  14. Not sure about the problem or fuse issue, but a word of warning re LED interior lighting. You will find ebay 5050SMD type far superior to any ones ive seen in Autobarn stores. If they are not smd or flux type they simply wont output enough light. These are what you should be looking for(not advertising the seller): search ebay for SMD or flux festoon or dome lights at the required length.
  15. Front tint FTMFW!! :) All the info i have is: At this years Bucharest Motor Show Toyota brought this Auris all dressed in chrome. This chromed Toyota Auris was first unveiled at the 2007 Geneva auto show and was built to celebrate Toyota's launch of the new Auris I would say that chrome finish paint, doubt very much its a wrap.
  16. From what i remember they have the screws in both wheel wells and a series of weird push clip buttons along the underside. 4-6 of them. Pretty sure they would fit the accent hatch.
  17. Same sentiments as everyone else here, lets hope you get her back to the same glory she was before being raped....
  18. Yep, the cash we have to pay for BMW parts here is stupid. Luckily i have two cars and i order most bits from the US if i need them, even with express post from the US, most parts get here between 1/2 and 2/3 of the aussie cost. labor from my normal garage is around the 170/hour. They are all ex BMW trained and accredited tho..
  19. Love the fact that its a darker movie, I think a lot of these modern day retro re-makes are too soft and fuzzy. They are really made for modern day kids, not the 25-40yr old fans and lovers of the originals. I think the nostalgia is lost on modern youth. Its just another movie to them.. Astroboy plot was too puffy and light, i would have loved it to be far more dark and scary.. I remember being on the edge of my seat when i was a little tacker even crying watching some episodes (yes, i have cried at cartoons :P )
