I simply do not see the legitimate reason to exchange Holden badges for Chevrolet ones. It isn't a Chevrolet therefore it shouldn't be viewed or classified as one. In fact the current Commodores which this fashion carries look nothing like a product offered in America. It annoys me to see some try-hards out there attepmting to either impress or simply show off their so called Chev's when everything elses basically looks Holden. However, i do acknowledge that's it a product under the General Motors corperation. But General Motors have categorized different brands for different countries for a reason, for example it's Vauxhall in the UK, Holden here and Chevrolet in the US. It just doesn't seem right at all to do so.

That scenario is very much identical to Zeinheiger's when he got his-same colour and very similar history. I hope it's a good buy though.

A quick glance at this picture made me think it's a Merc, until I finally noticed it's your car. The car looks somewhat similar, and the wheels look like the ones on the higher ends of the new C class MERC'S range.

Switched from Toyota Insurance to RAVC prior to the renewal date because RACV offered a cheaper quote and don't force their customers to pay by credit cards or direct debit. I've noticed RAVC prices are fairly competitive and reasonable these days compared to the other giants such as AAMI and Allianz.

The acceleration issue could be associated with the throttle body, not entirely sure. Regarding the fuel consumption, I would like to ask how do you drive? Heavy footed, carry anything on board ect...?

You're kidding me right? How thick is is-can't absorb that much water can it?! Can't believe it performs according to its manufacturer's claims.

I'm using Meguiar's synthetic chamois and it has lasted me about a year now and it's still absorbing water at a decent level. The job is so easy since it doesn't grab onto the paint. You can grab one at Supercheap Auto.

I was with them for about 2 years for my old car, and i have to admit they were fair with their customers when it comes to claims. Are you sure you should be paying around $1030 per year? Try making a quote through their website and make a comparison with the quote you've obtained.

Most importantly, if you want a clean engine, then you should at least use 95 RON fuel. There are other benefits I've experienced using 98 RON in my Aurion(my experiences can apply to you since the engines are the same), which are the fact that the engine runs more quietly ,the fuel economy relatively improves and hence more environmental friendly and as the others mentioned before me the throttle response and power sharpens as well. For about an extra $7 thereabouts per tank, the benefits are worth considering.
