There could be an issue with the gauge or a relationship between the senders and the gauge. Were the sensors genuine?
Have you check that the sensors are functioning correctly(e.g. pulling to ground or closing the circuit)using a multimeter?
Yes. Splice = Connect, it's an electrical term.
If there are wires in the F8-15,16,17 connector pin slots, you can use them, if not then you may need to source the pins/connector from a wreck.

You could run an few tanks through to get a more accurate result. Unless you drain the tank entirely, you will still have 10+ litres of existing fuel in the tank, even with the fuel light on.

I believe Ethanol is the reason. It burns cleaner and is cheaper, but it requires a larger amount.
E85 is proof of this point, using up to 30%+ per tank. It is used in performance applications and with correct tuning can make a massive power increase.
You may have to take the leap and test some softer suspension in it.
Comfort and performance are mutually exclusive in a car at the Aurion price point. If you wanted silence, the sports model was probably not the best choice.
