hahahaha, ummmm, no.

cant afford to loose this job by pulling 'sickies'.. :lol:

gonna see if there is a cheap flight on sat night... then i'll just car s1ut it all weekend... hahaha

I thought u guys arranged a leave from job already? Can't take sickies, then take leave.. ^ ^

No! That means your car won't be there.. =(. Wanna see the tail lights and stuff on a TRD. :( :( :( :( :( :(

i had arranged leave from my job... but we have a big proposal going in on the tuesday after the holiday...

so its 'all hands on deck' until then apparently... :(

all our jobs hinge on the acceptance of this proposal, so we gotta make it good... lol

doesnt help things of course when i'm waiting on information from people and cant do sh!t until then... :rolleyes:

If I didn't have exams on that Wed afterwards and that week, I definitely would drive up!! Fkn spewing because I couldn't make it last year either! And I really wanted to see the Syd ZREs!! :(

And no, I'm not doing an easy course! <_<

So don't hate me, hate the other VIC guys don't have a proper reason!! :P

Entry/ Registration will happen on the day i will be there from 7am setting everything up. I will start accepting entry's from 830am and stop at 10am. Show bag giveaways are limited so only the early birds will get one. This applies for everyone. I will only be accepting cash too no 'I owe you's' please try and have the correct money too it will be much appreciated.

If anyone want's to volunteer to help me on the day please PM me :D thanks

Why is there a JDMST list up as well? Few on it are on here I know but isnt TOCA cool enough?

Hey John, thought we'd just squeeze in an extra few cars for the meet. I'm sure a fair few of us will enjoy what they bring. Chasers, AE86s, Cressidas, old school Corollas etc... if we're lucky... an ex 12 hour Bathurst AE92.

Rules will apply to them as it will to us.

Also a really good chance to meet new faces because that's what TOCA is about :P

No probs Kev, I know others will come too but I didnt see it necessary to have JDM list... I know that AE92 you mentioned, I bought the roll cage from it from the original owner :P

plus, i've been told by the specialist today that i'm not allowed to drive long distances until i decide if i want an operation on my knee or not... :( BOOO!!!!

I shall be there not in the Cappuccino but in my new daily a IS200 still part of the Toyota family and very unique compared to my Old Corolla...looking forward to this and can't wait.

Moreso on the drive down/not attending.

Brenndan and Ash aren't able to attend. Daryl is leaving later than the boys and I'm leaving on Thursday morning. We were hoping for a group drive down, but I'd prefer to get down a day early to allow myself a full day of car cleaning.

geez, so many have pulled out... i really wish i could go, but i am sure the brisbane meet next year will be EPIC! i shall make sure i am there for it :D

as for this year, i hope everyone will drive safe and a bit ore structured then last year, no 'fast' n 'slow' groups and no pushing zre's or astras out of ditches/embankments lol :lol: good times XD

      2017 Diesel d4d toyata hiace limp mode

      overheated engine

      I drive a 2010 series 200 sahara V8 automatic. I recently towed a small caravan on a not that hotter day. The temperature gauge went to about half then dropped back to normal. The motor then went into limp mode and eventually stopped. On lifting the bonnet i noticed the top radiator tank had split all the way across. I have only two months ago had the complete cooling system checked with no defects. I called the RAA in South Aust and they tried to start it but just turned over but did not fire up. It was still pretty hot. I have been told the motor would be ruined by overheating. The car has been sitting at the repairers for 5 days now and as far as i know it has not been attempted to start. Before putting a new motor in it would it be worth putting a new radiator in it and see if it will fire up? Open to any suggestions at this stage.

      1996 Trueno XZ - Is it worth modding?

      Depends on how common/rare they are in your part of the world. The XZ trim was the second-lowest so didn't come with most of the fun bits that the full-fruit BZG/V/R models did, so it's not anywhere near as desirable stock but sometimes you have to make do with what you can find, plus you shouldn't feel as guilty modding the heck out of it since most of it isn't special.

      VSC, Traction Control, Check Engine lights all on

      I attended Toyota Preston for Aurion ATX 2013 major service today. Cost $~$1300. On the way home I stopped to pick up dinner. Two fault lights: engine and VSC lights came on when I restarted the car. Car drove home just fine. I can only return the car tomorrow for them to sort out. Annoyed. Let’s see if they’re still on in the morning.

      1996 Trueno XZ - Is it worth modding?

      Hi everyone, new member to the group and owner driver of a nifty little Toyota Sprinter Trueno XZ, now this was my cousins car, I bought it off him and after various drives, I have come to the decision that this needs alot of love. Now I am wondering if its worth putting my time and money into doing this certain make n model up or should I just buy a different car to do up?
