  4. Couple of way of make the connection. Press the green answer button on the bottom of the level 2 audio systems and the Bluetooth screen will appear. Using the numbers done the side of the screen press Connect or Pair Phone which i think is the top left button or NO1. ->(doing this from memory as I’ve done so many i don’t even look at the screen anymore i just hit buttons like second nature lol) -> Device Type -> Phone/Audio -> Car Mmedia Searching & once your phone has found the car unit select car Mmedia from your device list and put in the pin which defaults to “0000” and the phone will either do the rest for you or prompt you through the rest of the connection. Make sure you make the connection automatic or trusted so that the connection happens by itself automatically every time you jump in your car instead of it asking all the time. Hope this helps
  5. lol that car dealerships make 6k profit on a corolla AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
  6. Well now that's interesting. i actually have gone the opposite way with the coil over’s in my car. i have them stiffer in the rear than the front? Even on boat mode with the dampers wound way down for comfort i find the rear of the car to do very little and the handling to be dead if i have the front stiffer than the rear? Each to their own though i suppose but i just found that interesting. B)
  7. So i have ordered 3x LED strips and harness. Will post images once installed and a write up if i think there as half decent as first impressions seem them to be.
  8. Wishes the car game was the same as the music industry, can tell somebody that they actually are a nothing but a effing d!ckhead! people should actually do some research on what there car is worth.. and make 6 grand on a new car? damn i wish.. would be able to retire by xmas if we did!

  9. It most certainly is. You simple clip as many LED strips together as you want (within reason, I’m sure you can’t go on forever) peel back the adhesive strip cover and attach it inside your boot then get the harness. One end connects to the last LED strip then the other simply connects directly into your T10 Socket in your boot. Easy as that!
  10. Well the guy he got them put in by was named Leo, who is pretty much the Subaru owner’s club equivalent of our DJKOR from what i can tell lol. I’ll try and get some details and he deals in many makes and models. I am going to get a set for my car as is my mates mum for her 40 series Camry.
  11. They do look tops. What'd they set him back? There a "little up there..." worked out at $15.00 a strip. Cost him $45 for the 3 LED strips and the harness. 2 minutes to install.
  12. Old thread but i seen something the other day and thought that is perfect for the Aurion. I went up to Newcastle with a mate to pick his new Scoby doo Liberty up and on the road trip back down to Tas he started the mods. We stopped in Sydney to get a few things done including LED light swaps. He also had some thin LED strips put in the boot to lighten things up and these would solve the darkness issue in the Aurion’s boot. They are a simple thin LED strip that simply clips to each other and have adhesive strips on the back of each strip to faster them to the ceiling of the boot. 3 seems to be the magic number in Liberty's boots and an Aurion boot is only slightly bigger than a liberty’s so i think 3 would still do the job. Then there is a "harness" that plugs into one end of the strip and then into the T10 bulb socket in the boot. Dead easy and looks great. I am trying to get hold of some pics so stay tuned!
  13. It's interesting that many people deem there not to be much difference between SX6 and ZR6. But for ZR6 owners it's these extra features we like most about the car lol.
  14. Is this you volunteering your services, Mr Salesman? :P Clearly driving the upcoming FT-86 in anger would be for evaluation purposes only haha :)
  15. Just do it Scott, you know you want too lol. Confidyne has had a look at these and worked out how they would get it all too work but it's quite exxy so still deciding weither to do it or not...
  16. DO NOT understand why Toyota would replace this for free. it is not their fault it was broken and would not of being broken in the factory.. Made of cheap materials or not if you break it it’s your fault. If i be a d!ck head and drive around in first gear all day every day and its breaks is that Toyota’s fault as well? NO it is NOT!! We see this sort of crap almost daily people trying to fog this sort of crap on the manufacturer and its dealer! it is way more likely Toyota is being Toyota and replacing this in good faith as a gesture of going the extra mile to keep a customer happy so it doesn’t get splashed all over forums such as this that they are hopeless and the Gleb dealer is useless and not touch them. I'd suggest you’re more than very lucky to of got that replaced.
  17. Thats good news Scott, good news! how much for the filter?.
  18. Like a few people have mentioned you can buy films that fit straight over. There was one half decent quality one on Ebay but i couldn’t see it at a quick look but here is another pre cut one for Aurion though. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Toyota-Corolla-Yaris-Camery-Aurion-Tail-light-Film-/170707053156?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27beeeea64
  19. As it stands currently the only vehicles in the Toyota range that doesn’t have full size spare is Prius where you either get a space saver of the goo and Rukus which has a space saver. & much to my relief TRD ran the standard Camry and Aurion Sportivo alloy rim just painted yellow as DJKOR mentioned which of course means for all of us with 19's on our Sportivo's we too can use out 17in spare wheel on the car if we get a flat. You just need the factory nuts again for that wheel as many Aftermarket Alloy wheels have a different nut which isn’t always compatible with OEM Alloys.
  20. About 6 months ago i posted the alignment spec for AT-X, Prodigy & Presara. As well as Sportivo and TRD's own unique settings too but i can't find the post now :( I’ll dig out the specs again, and post in FAQ.
  21. I’d suggest judging by the amount of new traffic and people joining the club making any form of magazine more frequent then half yearly is doomed to fail as there simply would not be enough new stuff to talk about... Ideas put forward so far sounds good though. Few articles on clubs member’s cars. And what club members have being doing in their own states and a spill from mods and our sponsors is all sounding like a good idea. Could even do a review and road test on a new Toyota product that has just hit the market, all those sorts of things.

    2012 Camry

They certainly are starting to look better and better on both the inside and outside. Apparently Camry and Aurion will not have the same L1, L2 and L3 units like what will slowly be introduced in the rest of the range starting with Hilux and Yaris. I doubt the actual internals and the way you navigate around the unit and its features will differ majorly just the way the external case looks, as if you see in the images the new dash design is like that of Prado and all integrated.
  23. I’m lead to believe that Toyota shortly will be offering a very competitive service rate (think very close to SA) for used Toyota’s and those that service advantage has finished. Stay tuned for more details.
  24. Farkk that's funny. One of the guys from the Tassie club forwarded me this link a few weeks back. i could not believe they were being that mental on normal public roads. Crazy stuff!
  25. Do you know if there are any preouts on the new L3 unit? Hey sorry mate, i thought i replied. i wrote it at work and must never of hit the post button. Anyway i have emailed my mate at jujitsu Ten and just waiting his reply on your question :)
