    Is it cycling/clutch cutting in and out? If it is, there may be an issue with the heater tap/servo.

    You can always make power, but it all depends on how much money you want to throw at it. You will only make worthwhile power by spending a lot of money.

    How is the fuel tank/fuel pump seal? It is located under the lower back seat squab.

    It's a heavier vehicle with a larger engine, that's a sacrifice you will have to make it you want to upgrade.
